Independent holiday home with big garden located in the middle of the green San Bartolo Natural Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea.The house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini mountains to the sea. The house is close to the characteristic villages of Fiorenzuola di Focara and Casteldimezzo. The garden is perfect for playing with your dog or cat.

In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.

Via een kronkelige weg de heuvel op bereik je ons paradijsje, grenzend aan natuurgebied Cesane. Wij, de eigenaren, wonen naast het appartement. Er wordt nog gewerkt aan twee B&B-kamers, de werkzaamheden zullen uiterlijk in maart klaar zijn. Ontspannen doe je in de jacuzzi, droom er 's avonds weg onder de prachtige sterrenhemel!
