Comfortable, spacious, has a large bed 2m long and 1.60m wide, a sofa that becomes a bed, a large bathroom, large kitchen, air conditioner, smart TV with internet and parking. At a distance of 4 km is the Holy Monastery of Giromeri, in 11 km from the ancient theater of Gitani, and 15 km from the town of Igoumenitsa and 25 km from the border of Albania.

Πολύ κοντά σε καφετέρια φούρνο ψησταριά μίνι μαρκετ .Ιδανικό για κυνηγούς, φίλους των σπορ στο ποτάμι, αλλά και για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές, καθώς η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 20 χλμ. από την κατοικία.
