Lovely home that looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. Walkable distance to the city centre and superb, friendly hosts - would happily stay there again!

This was the most magical stay ever not only does Lex’s immediately feel like home it’s a home full of art, style and personality that just adds to your trip to Dublin and makes you feel like you are getting a glimpse into real life instead of just being a tourist. We ate amazing food, and saw everything from the book of Kells to the Temple bar district and did it all just by walking 10-18 minutes in all directions. We also rented a car to go longer distances outside of the city and had no problems getting parking on the street right outside. Lex was also an amazing host communicated quickly and he gave lots of personalized recommendations and left us snacks and treats that were so thoughtful. This was one of our best stays ever at an Airbnb and next time we come back to Ireland we would definitely book Lex’s place again in a heartbeat.

We had a very nice moment at Alex’s. The house was clean and easily accessible by public transportation. The place is calm. Be aware though that the bedroom shutters let the light through - think of an eye mask if you are not comfortable with the sunlight in the morning. Apart from that everything was great. Alex is a kind and responsive host.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen, dass die Wohnung außerhalb von Dublin in diesem ruhigen und schönen Orteil Leixlip liegt. Zur Bahn sind es 15min zu Fuß. Die Bahnfahrt von 40 min geht auch super mit dem Kinderwagen, da alles barrierefrei ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen.

We had a family trip to Ireland for over a week, and this home was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for 8 of us, it was walking distance to the train station and there was a great pub right in the corner. Deborah was responsive and helpful.

Angelica was helpful and friendly, and her place was nice and clean. We had a great stay! I loved the neighborhood, it felt very safe even walking around late at night. Super cute place.

Simon and Miles' place was comfortable, beautiful, and cozy. The location of their historic home is ideal: easy walking distance to downtown Dublin yet quiet and peaceful, with a neighborly feel. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and can attest that this is one of our favorite stays ever. Highly recommend.

The home was comfortable and homey. We stayed with small children and the home was prepared with a high chair and crib set up in advance. The location was great to access sights around Dublin. I’d recommend this space for anyone looking to explore Dublin.

I stayed here twice already will continue to come back as long as Rory's place is available. It's a great location, quiet with easy access to buses, and Luas. Rory is a really good host and gets back to you quickly if needed. It was clean and comfortable.

The location was absolutely perfect. Had a 3 day quick trip to Dublin and was able to do all the sights, pub and tours easily as we were able to walk everywhere. The unit itself is wonderful. Its big with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main living area has a comfortable sofa bed and was able to use it as a third bedroom as there is a locking door in the main living area/kitchen to the rest of the home. There is spar and a pharmacy right in front of the unit as well which came in handy. its an easy 30 min uber to airport. If your heading to Dublin for a quick trip with a few people than look no further. Bank house is your spot!

We had a great weekend in Dublin, location was right in the heart of the City.... Just perfect. Apartment was clean and had everything you could neee for a weeks stay. Henry was so great, Friendly, eben let us in early... Nothing you would need more in my opinion. Thanks for everything.

The place was very comfortable, and the host responded incredibly quickly, which made the stay even better. The location is close to the city center, and there’s convenient transportation directly from the airport, so it’s easy to get to. I’d love to stay here again next time!

C'était une première, nous n'avions jamais loué d'appartement via une plateforme et nous avons vraiment été conquis, l'appartement était plus beau en reel que sur les photos. Merci beaucoup à Marie pour le pack d'eau et les boites de coca dans le frigo car c'est vraiment agréable de se poser un peu avant de faire des courses. La petite épicerie à l'entrée du complexe est bien pratique.

We visited Ireland to see family and chose Bridgets place as it is nearby Ashbourne, Finglas and Dublin city centre (by car). The location is perfect. Swallows Rest is a great place to stay, it is clean, accessible and we were met by Bridget upon arrival who showed us around and was available to help if we needed advice. Bridget is an excellent host who provided soda bread, scones, fruit, jam and marmalade upon arrival (gorgeous!). The garden was perfect for our toddler and was enclosed very well, the beds were very comfortable and sky tv, netfilx, youtube etc were easily accessed. The washing machine and heating are easy to use, along with the shower which was lovely. All cleaning products are available and we didn't need anything (even with a toddler in tow). We would definitely stay again! Thank you Bridget and family for welcoming us to your beautiful air bnb.

I stayed at Jane’s place for 4 days - in late April. The unit was Excellent ! Very modern , outstanding detail , everything was available. The house gardens , were Beautiful !! The proximity to town ; walking , was great - about 15 minutes to shops ; a great Pub , the train station too ; several great golf courses very close !! Great Spot - Fine Hosts !

The location is perfect for exploring Dublin and enjoying the shops right outside. My only recommendation would be a detailed list of instructions for things like the oven only working if the clock is set and the combination washer/dryer.

We had a great stay at Mairead’s apartment for our first visit to Dublin. The place was exactly as described; clean, spacious and well-equipped. It’s in a great location, near central area with a supermarket just around the corner which made things super convenient and we were also able to walk to some of the main attractions like the Guinness Storehouse and the Irish Museum of Modern Art. Perfect spot for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

The apartment is a little cramped but the location is unbeatable. I had a HS reunion at the Abbey Tavern, directly across the road so I couldn't have asked for better. Conveniently close to a grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, Church, library, DART, Howth Castle and habor. Can't rate on parking as I didn't have a car. Also, there are plenty of restaurants and bars w/in walking distance. I recommend the Harbor Bar too, full of locals, and the 4 felines (gin, tonic, bushmills and ?). The apartment shared a wall with the gents toilet, so we heard some lively and funny conversations, and the hand dryer. That can be annoying, so bring earplugs for Friday and Saturday nights. Daragh was great too. We needed a Taxi for Easter Sunday. Daragh gave us a reliable taxi service, and confirmed it as my phone wasn't working. Thanks Daragh. He's a really chill guy. The cleaning ladies were very thorough and helpful.

Eleanor was kind and helpful, with great suggestions for activities and food. Her place is steps away from the enchanting Botanic Gardens. We bused into the city with minimal effort (and lots of help from area residents). Everyone we connected with was a pleasure to chat with. We had an outstanding experience here!!

We loved the apartment and Liam was nice and responsive. The place was sparkling clean! We especially appreciated it with a toddler who loves to touch everything. We had some trouble with opening and closing a window but it wasn't too bad. The place itself is in the middle of a city so there are pros and cons that go with it. Pros: walking distance/close to everything, great restaurants. Cons (with a baby): dirty streets, homeless people, quite bright at night even with the blinds.

I had a great experience at this apartment. The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport, which made my travel stress-free. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole place was clean and quiet. It had everything I needed for a relaxing night. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place to stay! We had a wonderful time. Ronan was extremely helpful and proactive. Perfect location and the staff and customers at the pub were very friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations for places to visit. If we visit Dublin in the future we hope to stay here again.
