Amazing historic building in a very historic part of Philly. The garage was a lifesaver as we had a pretty big suv and were working during the day and needed a place to park it. Surprisingly quiet for being on the ground floor , walls are thick... bed was comfy ... it was great !

This was the perfect house for our needs. We were visiting our daughter who attends a local University for Easter. Renauld's place was big enough to accommodate our family, and made a great hangout spot to connect with our daughter and a couple of her friends. The kitchen made for easy home cooked meals. The large living spaces made for great areas to play games. The walkable neighborhood, easy parking and conveniently located stores was also great. All in all we throughly enjoyed having this space to stow away and connect as a family. Thank you Renauld!

We felt as though we got what we paid for and the hosts were extremely thorough in communicating. Definitely needs some freshening up and maintenance, but again, for the price it was great. All the necessities were ready for us on arrival and the exit instructions were simple and not too involved.

Wonderful location, walkable to delicious coffee spots (Fiore), adorable shopping and gift ideas (Cloud 9 Clay), many food options (Laser Wolf) and down the street from Indigo bikes to cruise around town. Clean space, painted in bright lively colors with an overall feeling of creative serenity. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Enmanuel!

Perfect stay for a family with children. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Walkable distance to all major museums and attractions. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook.Whole Foods store is nearby for groceries. Kids loved toys & books that the hosts kindly left in the house. Overall, a wonderful, thought through, comfortable home. We absolutely loved every aspect of it. Thank you Meghan & Tim!

House is just as described inside, very clean and entertaining. The beds are comfortable, nice bathroom, great kitchen. Nice private, gated patio with comfy furniture. The location isn’t for everyone, and it is not ideal for kids or pets - trash and broken glass everywhere outside of the property, the entire neighborhood, out of the owners control but still deserves to be mentioned. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay for a couple days with friends. Fishtown is a cute neighborhood with lots within walking. Gilda’s is great for far more than chai—the pasteis de nata are a must! Sulaya was delicious as well! A few aesthetic/character choices were a bit odd, but that’s the Airbnb charm of it all. The back patio could use some niceties as well, but, overall, highly recommend if you want to be in a walkable neighborhood.

This was a really spacious, very clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Even though its in a larger apartment building, it was very easy to get inside, easy to park, and everything went as expected. Taniya was responsive in the few times we reached out. We really appreciated the comfortable beds and comfy couch, too.

Seckou and his place is totally wonderful. If you’re looking to see Philly, this is an excellent choice!!

The location was awesome it was quiet and safe. We found parking out front and decided to Uber because the parking was tight at the location we wanted to visit. It bright in the morning but she left eye pads and earplugs I didn’t realize I needed for my boyfriend’s snoring. I would definitely stay again it was a great experience.

The communication was excellent! I appreciated it as I had a few questions. The place was clean and spacious. The building was quiet and the few neighbors I saw were friendly. It’s a great apartment that felt like home. I highly recommemded this place!!!

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Jeanette's place. It had everything needed: comfy king bed, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful newly tiled bathroom with a nice shower, strong Wifi, very peaceful and quiet. Jeanette communicated proactively and responsively via the Airbnb message app. It's a great central location for activities in and around Philadelphia. Highly recommended!

We stayed at David’s place for a long weekend with our 3 teenage kids. The house was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were mostly spending time with family who are local, but the house is very conveniently located near Ardmore, which has nice shops and restaurants. David was proactive about communicating and very responsive when I had questions. I would stay here again!

Very homey in a quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen made it very easy to cook. Comfortable rooms. Spacious and airy. Good WiFi. It was a perfect stay for myself, my kid and my dog. Decent street parking. It was perfect. Highly recommend.
