Ferienunterkünfte direkt am Strand in Fitch Bay

We loved our stay in Newport. The surroundings are beautiful and secluded, but it's close enough to the town to have everything you need. We had an issue with the wifi, but once we reached out to Ana, she worked quickly to get it fixed.

Hillary was an amazing host! Not only were they very responsive, but also friendly and accommodating. They provided clear instructions and a super easy check in/out.

What a lucky find on ABnB! We loved the location. It couldn’t have been better- just a walk across the street to the public beach. We learned the history of the home and Claudia’s library filled us in on Lake Willoughby’s rich history . Little pricey but this home has been lovingly cared for. Family oriented space -great for kids! Comfortable beds for 8 with two full baths! In a beautiful location. Well worth it We found Claudia more than generous in offering chairs for the beach and kayaks/life vests for use. She even gifted a lovely book to our bookclub. We hope to come again and stay longer next time. WiFi fine. Some had cell service some did not but not huge issue as Claudia provided landline for emergency use if needed. Great spot! Loved the spa & sauna combo!

Everything was perfect except no one could use phones for calls, internet, email. Wifi said "Wifi connected but no internet access" We all tried everything. 1 person's phone (not Verizon) worked so we could all use it to check in with family.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It was a short trip to the NEK to visit family and was a perfect location for a weekend get away! It has all the luxuries of home. We enjoyed having our own space and was close enough to family (5 minutes) so that we could spend our time visiting instead of traveling. It certainly was a winter wonderland at this time of year up there!!! The driveway was a bit slippery and steep, but all and all it was a great stay! We definitely would love to return in the future. so nice to have so many bathrooms and separation of the sleeping quarters so that each family /group can have their own privacy.

Miriam's place was just the getaway we needed. The cottage has everything necessary to enjoy our stay, cooking supplies, utensils, and supplies in general. The lake was amazing and serene, SUPs were put to good use and the swimming proved to be quite refreshing. Cottage was cozy and comfortable. We will definitely go back if we find ourselves in the same neck of the woods.

Second stay. 10/10 would stay again. Close enough to town, but feels remote. Limited cell service is good/bad depending on your view. Love the location and all of the instructions and recommendations provided. Have yet to stay in the bunkhouse, as it is chilly when I have been there. Biff is responsive, when needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Air b&b, the place was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Quiet at night, amazingly well equipped kitchen, great value for money all in all. Communication with the hosts was very smooth and their rules easy to follow. We definitely recommend it 🥰 Milena with family

Beau logement sur deux étage, bien éclairé à proximité du centre ville de magog. Les deux chambres et deux salles de bains sont un gros plus. Avons passés un agréable séjour chez Véronique elle était au petit soin et a bien veillé à ce que nous manquions de rien. A recommander sans hésiter!

Benoit est un hôte très attentionné. D’abord, il m’a offert la possibilité d’entrer au condo plus tôt, ce que j’ai fait et vraiment apprécié. De plus, à mon arrivée, j’ai trouvé sur la table plusieurs petites collations. Quelle délicatesse de sa part! Ce qui m’a aussi ravie, ce sont les trois bûches fournies pour un feu de foyer. Autre avantage notable : la piscine, le spa et le sauna à l’intérieur de l’immeuble. Enfin, je donne un À+ à Benoit pour la communication rapide et tous les documents de consignes très claires à l’intérieur du condo. J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce condo qui correspondait tout à fait à la description et qui était d’une propreté irréprochable. Pour moi qui voyageais en solo, c’était parfait. Toutefois, je trouverais cela un peu petit pour quatre personnes. Enfin, l’emplacement de ce condo est génial, surtout en été avec le lac MemphréMagog! Cela dit, je le recommande vivement. A cozy nook in a great location, equipped with everything we needed :)

We throughly enjoyed our week! The rail trail is right behind the house and 4 bikes are provided. The lake is right out the back of the house where you can enjoy simply floating on a tube with your favorite drink, enjoy the kayaks that are provided or simply watch the numerous birds from the lovely back porch. The sunsets are second to none. The well appointed kitchen and propane grill are a huge bonus.

Séjour agréable au bord de l’eau. Plage sablonneuse très appréciée. Cuisine bien équipée et vue sur le lac un point fort de cette location. Carmen a été proactive. Nous avons eu une panne d’électricité et elle a fait le suivi rapidement. Aurions aimé avoir plus de chaises Adirondak pour profiter de l’extérieur (une seule présente alors que sur les photos il y en avait trois.) Région intéressante à visiter.

I stayed recently with some friends for a Ski weekend. The place was perfect. Very close to smugglers notch resort. Farmhouse is charming and felt like home. The property felt special with the river in back and farm animals. Diana was very responsive/ accommodating. I felt the value was really good. I would book this place again with no hesitation. I hope to come back again soon

We stayed here on a snowmobile trip. House is right off the VAST system. Parker Pie is less than 1 mile away by sled and has good food and trail side gas. Place was exactly what we needed; private cabin that could sleep a group of guys after a long day riding.

We had an idyllic weekend at this magical place! Tatebrook Cottage is perfectly situated right on beautiful Caspian Lake, with a lovely (sandy!) beach, kayaks to use, and fabulous views out to the mountains. The cottage is extremely well laid out and outfitted, roomy enough to stretch out and do our own things, but with a warm and cozy feeling. Things are pristine inside and out. We loved exploring the gorgeous area on foot and by kayak, then coming back to cook excellent meals. Jennifer was a gracious and generous host, very clear and very responsive. We feel grateful to our hosts for such a wonderful visit!

Cynthia's home on Echo Lake is our new favorite. The furnishings are comfortable and tasteful, with nothing lacking in the way of cooking, laundry, sleeping and water access needs. The setting is unbeatable, with an enclosed deck overlooking the lake, furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, grill and covered picnic table making outdoor eating a must. We enjoyed swimming to the raft and watching the sunsets from the deck on the water. The house is surrounded by naturalized gardens and patio plantings, with great privacy from neighbors. The lake was quiet with the exception of the calls of the loons. We enjoyed the 5 mile loop around Echo Lake, great for walks and biking. Cynthia is a great host and has gone out of her way to create this wonderful, peaceful place for all to enjoy! We look forward to returning again next summer.

Lyndsay and Barry were quick to respond and very welcoming. They checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we were alright, and enjoying our visit. The home was extremely clean and the view was beautiful.

Nate’s place was exactly as described in the listing—clean, simple, and exactly what we were looking for. Nate was very responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely stay again.
