The apartment is extremely well kept and beautiful inside. The beds are very comfy and the AC works great in both bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you might need if you were to cook. We did not as we ate out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are a couple of markets very close by to buy the extras that you might need like wine. It is also close to all of the sites which means walkable to everywhere. The view of the Duomo ..... is sooo much larger in real life than any picture posted. It is simply overwhelmingly gigantic. People mentioned the stairs. They were only difficult for carrying luggage up. Down was fairly easy. On a daily basis they were not an issue. Besides, you are right next to the DUOMO and that view from the kitchen patio is well worth the climb. We loved it!! And finally, Max gave so many suggestions of what to do, where to eat, where to get the best gelato etc. and more. Highly recommend for a very convenient and beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence.

This place is a gem. A very nice apartment for a small group, with an amazing view from the upstairs terrace. Emanuele was an awesome host and he provided various suggestions on food, restaurants, activities, etc. we were very pleased with the thoroughness of his check in process and the tour he gave us. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence.

It’s hard to imagine a better place to stay while visiting Florence, especially for a large group. Our family of 6 absolutely loved this place. It was very close to the train station and walking distance to everything. There were 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms which is so great-each bedroom had its own bathroom. Eddy was a perfect host. We did not want to leave! Do not hesitate to book here and do it early!

Easy check in. Great communication before and during stay. Clean and convenient location.

This beautiful and spacious apartment on the Piazza del Carmine was an absolute highlight for our family of four adults while staying six nights in Florence. The location was off the beaten track but an easy walk to everything. (And there is a small grocery store around the corner which was so convenient!) The apartment is on the top floor of a corner building so it was quiet and the views of the piazza and surrounding neighborhood were lovely. We were greeted by Arlene who showed us around and brought us a tray of cold water upon entering the apartment. (Much appreciated in the August heat, as was the air conditioning!) There are 75 steps into the apartment, but Arlene’s colleague brought our bags up for us. We had no issues with the stairs any time during our stay. Arlene came back twice during our six nights to clean and tidy the place. Giulio arranged a taxi for us to the airport on the day of our departure. He was great to work with. We highly recommend this AirBnB!

What a find! Great apartment in perfect location; so close to everything! Gemma’s place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we wanted! Her husband checked us in and was so helpful suggesting additional sights and restaurants to visit, highly recommend!

Great place to stay. 20 minutes away from the historic center which is easy to walk . Very near the train station . Reasonable rate and well equipped apartment run by a very responsive host . Definitely a good stay .

Beautiful villa surrounded by vineyards and countryside. The nearby village of Panzano is so picturesque with lovely restaurants. I can also recommend visiting other Chianti towns and especially the market on a Saturday in Greve. The hosts Filippo and his father Carlo couldn't do enough for us and the communication was superb. The villa is so spacious and makes you feel right at home with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a garden with a pool that's just the icing on the cake. It was very warm during our visit and the fans provided were very welcomed. Every room is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. We made use of the large BBQ a few nights and also had a lovely wine tasting one evening which I can highly recommend. We were very sad to leave Villa Reggine and hope to return one day. Grazie!

Absolutely stunning cottage in the middle of the mountains. We needed a location close enough to Florence but able to reach some other day trip destinations. The picturesque location was remarkable and beyond the photos. The hosts Luigi and Desiree were incredibly hospitable and anticipated our needs. For sure the hike up and down from the AirBnb is not insignificant. It is a hard hike up. It was fine for our family but important to know. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in the mountains of Tuscany!

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

We stayed for a week in this beautiful place. When we arrived it was already very welcoming (we got an own baked apple cake), and throughout the week we were treated with many Tuscan treats near the pool. Any issues we had were very swiftly resolved. On top of that the kindness of the hosts is something we have never encountered before. 5 stars doesn’t do justice to how you are treated in this accommodation, if we could rate 6, we would want to rate 7 and so on. All in all we have had a great holiday and we definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Tuscany!

Une très belle maison pour passer des vacances reposantes tout en profitant de Florence à proximité. La piscine est vraiment très grande, tout est propre, le jardin est très agréable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut : transat, parasol, climatisation, des chambres spacieuses. Je recommande 100%. Et un immense merci à Maria et Beatrice pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. On espère bien revenir. À très bientôt !

The best Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Such a lovely host with great local restaurant recommendations. The apartment is absolutely faultless with everything you could need - napkins, cooking oils, coffee and tea. Much bigger than I thought it would be and stunning views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Would highly recommend as location is great for exploring and easy to get to train station too. We were a family of 4 with a 3 year old and it was perfect for us!

What a wonderful property! You walk in the door and are immediately taken by the frescoes on the walls and the decor. The windows open to the streets below that are action packed in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to everything you could want to see. Lorenzo was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. He did everything he could to accommodate us. I highly recommend this property.

Très bon séjour passé à Florence. Le logement de Martina est très bien situé, j'ai réalisé toutes mes visites à pied en laissant ma voiture dans le garage à disposition. Comme stipulé dans l'annonce les voisins ont été quelque peu bruyant dans la nuit mais sinon rien à dire, logement propre, secteur parfait, hôte accueillante... Je recommande.

Love it! Can’t say enough about this apartment. Well furnished, decorated nicely and in a great location, location, location! Located right next to St Croce Square, surrounded by shops and restaurants-but, far enough away from the LARGE crowds near Piazza del Duomo. Bed was a bit firm for us, everything else was grande! Thank you.

BEST AIRBNB EVER…!! This place was a gem and it will always have a special place in my heart. The host, Patrizia, is also a gem and was amazing during our stay. My husband stayed here for over a month while working remotely and this was our home away from home. It is so cozy and homey and had everything we needed and more. The LOCATION is awesome, the apartment is gorgeous and has much natural light. It is so spacious and has everything you need. You are near Santa Croce, plenty of restaurants, the supermarket, the river, and great coffee shops. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING - you won’t regret it. Just like Florence this place feels like you’re living in art. We loved it and would book again in the future when we come back.
