Ferienunterkünfte mit Sauna in Floresta

Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati una settimana in questo appartamento che chiamarlo tale é riduttivo, oltre all’idromassaggio e alla sauna sicuramente non da meno, ci siamo ritrovati delle chicche che non ci saremmo aspettati (zero spoiler, provare per credere). Pulizia e accoglienza degne di nota. Il proprietario si é preoccupato che la permanenza fosse di nostro gradimento nell’arco di tutta la settimana e con lui anche il suo collaboratore a cui vorrei fare una menzione d’onore per l’indimenticabile trattamento riservatoci: dai giri per i posti più tipici della Sicilia alle splendide spiagge nelle quali ci ha portato nella più totale tranquillità e senza la minima pressione e tutto quanto ad uso esclusivo (per non parlare del passaggio all’aeroporto alle 4 del mattino!!) giustamente tutto a pagamento ma con prezzi molto più convenienti di qualsiasi altro tour operator o taxi. Mi sento di consigliare questo alloggio a chiunque, da amici a famiglie e soprattutto a coppie. Approvato 🇵🇱🇮🇹

Ein absoluter Traum. Wie ein kleines Privathotel. Ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick. Vier tolle Schlafzimmer und ein super Wohnzimmer. Dazu ein eigenes kleines Haus mit Großküche, großem Esstisch und wunderbar befülltem Weinregal. Das Haus hat dazu diverse Gadgets wie Pizzaofen, Gasgrill, Sauna und Whirpool (beides mit Holzbefeuerung!!!). Der Pool ist groß und liegt unterhalb des Hauses mit einem tollen Blick. Sergio ist ein sensationeller Gastgeber. Er ist immer verfügbar, reservierte uns Restaurants und gab uns für alle unsere Ausflüge sehr gute Tipps. Er ist produktiv und sehr hilfsbereit. Seine beiden Hilfen kamen jeden Tag und hielten das Haus in Ordnung. An einem Morgen bereiteten sie uns ein sizilianisches Frühstück vor. Sergio und seine Familie (Frau, zwei tolle kleinere Kids und seine Schwiegermutter) besuchten uns einen Abend und bereiten uns ein Barbecue zu. Wir kamen uns vor wie bei sehr guten Freunden. Es waren einfach herrliche Tage. Vielen lieben Dank!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Firstly, Vincenzo greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the apartment and answered any questions we had. The location is great, very close to the main town, cable cars, and pickup point for most excursions. The apartment is well maintained, clean and modern. I would say it has a luxury hotel meets Airbnb vibe. And most importantly a very good espresso machine :)

Location di relax e comfort.. un piccolo gioiellino

wat een fantastisch mooi plekje, dichtbij de kust, maar toch rustig. Buiten eten tussen de citroenbomen, veel privacy. Geweldige slaapkamer en badkamer, super luxe! Marta is zeer vriendelijk en attent. Werkelijk een pareltje! Wij zijn zeer onder de indruk.

This was my boyfriend and i’s first stop on our roadtrip around Sicily! Chiara’s place was absolutely perfect for us after a long 10+ hour flight! She & her husband welcomed us when we first arrived and even left a sweet bottle of wine for us even though we do not drink we appreciated the gesture! She sent us plenty of recommendations for places around catania to eat and had very clear instructions on how to use the sauna and jacuzzi tub! Parking was a bit crazy lol you do have to find street parking or pay to park if you are driving- just be careful where you park because we did receive a ticket when parking a couple streets down from Chiara’s place- totally our fault. She was very helpful even after we checked out and helped us on how to take care of the ticket. Chiara’s place is perfect for your first visit to catania- her and her husband were lovely, kind people and their place was absolutely wonderful, clean and relaxing! MUST STAY. If we come back we will be staying again!!

Guiseppe is a fantastic host, very caring and kind, he made our trip so stress free and cannot thank him enough. The heart of a country is in its people and compared to rest of Italy I have to say Catania surpassed my expectations. The apartment is pristine clean and Cosy. I would recommend to anyone who wants privacy and calm. The pool is delightful with views all around. The water clean and warm. The train service to Catania central is easy and non complicated, it does help to have a car in Giarre to get around. As I have eye disability I didn’t get a car and mine was a short relaxing break anyway. But contact the host and he can arrange everything. It’s been amazing and I def want to come back and enjoy the people and culture again. The Ionian Sea delightful and best place is Aci Castello, Aci Trezza and Santa Catania to visit and swim.

Pobyt w apartamencie był fantastyczny,wszystko było dokładnie tak jak w opisie. niczego nam nie zabrakło. Na wyposażeniu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy i czego nie potrzebowaliśmy również. Relaks na tarasie nawet w czasie deszczu był odprężający. Dario był pomocny pod każdym względem. Zdecydowanie polecam
