It is 3 biking minutes from the Erie Canal Trailway, 3 driving min. from I-90, & walking distance to restaurants, the famous Arkell Museum, waterfalls, swim holes, & hiking. The two story guesthouse is welcoming, well equipped (no TV), has AC, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofabed, is near Royal Ski Mount. (20 min), Glimmerglass (29 min) Copperstown (38 min), & Albany (50 min).

The home is on the historical list. It is over 130 years old with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It has character and charm. It is completely renovated with cable tv, and wifi. The attic is finished and has a double bed and single bed as well. The home is not childproof for toddlers. My home is 26 miles from Cooperstown, Ommengang Brewery and within one mile from the NY thruway. Lovely antique shops in town with places to eat in walking distance. No smoking inside. No pets.

We are located conveniently on a beautiful hilltop 30 minutes from The Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown or the famous Herkimer Diamond Mines. We are a nature center on 8 acres with walking paths to enjoy. Amish carts frequently travel past here. We have an outhouse only and have a solar enabled ceiling fan and lights. You can enjoy the fire pit at night. The nights are amazing here!
