Beautiful lake house! Beachfront area was wonderful for all water activities. Easy access to the Champlain Islands which had tons of fall activities going on. House is loaded with everything you need for cooking and clean up.

My husband, mother-in-law, dog and I spent a weekend at this beautiful location. If you like privacy, scenery, peacefulness, and nature then this is the place to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The glass sitting room is a fantastic place to read. The yard is huge and my dog loved running around and playing. The beds are also extremely comfortable, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a peaceful weekend in Vermont, we highly recommend staying here. 5 out of 5!

We had a lovely stay at Molly's house on the lake. The area is rural and beautiful; we spent days kayaking, cycling to nearby islands, and just sitting on the back patio enjoying the lake. Molly was responsive and friendly.

What a beautiful place! We enjoyed Chris's place as a lovely retreat after long days of skiing. The kitchen was well-appointed, the wood stove was so enjoyable, and the kids loved all the games, pool table, and dart board. Here's hoping we can plan another trip there again next year!

Great place near Smugglers Notch and local establishments around Jeffersonville. Easy to get to and awesome for a large family to stay for the weekend.

We are repeat visitors and loved our stay again. The home and property are wonderful for our annual group trip. It is away from the crowds of the mountain and downtown Stowe, but yet so close. The view, the natural surroundings, the privacy make it just the escape we need. The space has lots of separate areas so kids can and adults can all find areas to play, read, watch something on TV, stare out the windows, or cook and hang out in the kitchen. It checks all our boxes.

This was our second annual trip to St. Albans for the Maple Festival. We had booked the same house we rented last year but at the last minute it was sold and our reservation was canceled. We felt blessed that these two cottages were available. As there were only 3 of us it was a lot more room then we needed but we loved the two cottages and they worked well for us! Unfortunately, the weather was crazy! One day it snowed and the next day it was in the high 60's with beautiful sunshine. We had a great time - and the area offers tons to do - come rain, snow or sunshine! We plan to return next year!

We had such a lovely stay at the Pond House! Absolutely gorgeous property, beautiful home & furnishings, perfect for 2 families to stay comfortably. It was so peaceful out there, yet very convenient to activities. Already looking at future dates we could come back!

Stayed at Mike’s place for 3 nights while skiing at Jay Peak. Ideal location and was just the perfect layout and space for my party of 6. Even with 3 adults and 3 kids there was still plenty of extra space for additional guests. Some nice restaurants just down the street towards Montgomery. The space was also ideal for cooking in and enjoying time with everyone. Have been to Jay Peak often and would certainly be interested in renting again.

Had a great experience. The place was easy to get to and was happy to find complimentary snacks at the house after a long ride. My friends and I were provided exactly what we needed before a day of riding at Jay Peak, which was less than 10 minutes away. Appreciate the clean linens, comfortable sleeping areas, bath towels, and Netflix subscription. Will keep this stay in mind for my next big group trip to Jay.

My wife and I were overwhelmed with the beauty of the surroundings. The host thought of everything that would or could be needed to make us feel like we were at home. From the moment we arrived we knew our time here was going to be very enjoyable. The next time we plan to visit Jay, Vermont, we will plan our trip around the availability of this property. Loved staying at Rachel's cabin, it was much homier and better stocked than I expected! Everything was provided and it was spotless. The location wasn't perfect for our trip to Burlington and Stowe but if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful stay it's great. Overall we had a cozy and comfortable stay here, would recommend!

Our week long stay at Bill & Kerry’s place was perfect for us. Bill was always in communication with us and very accommodating. The house and land is a great escape from everyday life! We took full advantage of the wood stove! We would recommend this place for others to stay and we would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s cabin. We skied at Stowe and although it was about 50 minutes away, it was an easy drive and close enough to other local things to do. I would definitely return in the future!

My friend & I stayed here as a getaway. We loved how off the grid this was. The place was very clean and well thought out for a small space. Everything we could have needed during our stay, they let us know beforehand so we never felt lost or confused. If I am ever in Vermont again, I would definitely love to stay here again. It was a flawless stay & such a good choice.

The house was perfect for our large group. The pool table and ping pong table were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend to others planning a ski/snowboard trip in the area. Conveniently located.

This place is the perfect retreat for any group looking for a peaceful lake house experience. The pictures were accurate, the house was very clean, and its super close the Canadian border for those who wish to take a quick trip. The host was very helpful and responsive. This is a very cozy cabin in the woods, with easy access to Jay Peak resort, which was important to us. Pete was very responsive when we asked a few questions about how certain things worked and where items might have been located. the kitchen allowed us to cook every meal in house during our 3-day stay. Would definitely recommend this for A getaway with family or friends.
