We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and it's very well-located. Easy to get there and to get in, and the hosts were always available and quick to answer.

Quiet, Comfortable, and Clean, all of the best things in a place to stay. The stay was everything I needed, a calm, comfortable place to unwind. Will definintaly try to book again the next time I;m in Houston!

I loved the Airbnb, Ms. Eboni made the stay great. Location was great, the pool was fun and definitely would recommend this place to everyone!!! I hope the next person that gets to stay here enjoys the lovely stay

I had a really pleasant stay at Phoenician Gardens! Paul is a nice host and was always responsive. The adjacency of the place to a River Oaks neighborhood is really quite nice. I have a handful of critiques (1) there is a usable washer/dryer but they are separated and cost $ to use which I don't think that is specifically spelled out in the description (2) the A/C system is not up to the task of dealing with the Texas heat to the point where the living room became uninhabitable, I had to remain in the bedroom most of the time (3) the mat in the kitchen needs to be replaced, it is quite dirty (4) the internet was a bit slow. Because of (2) I do feel like the monthly price was a bit much. I wasn't able to reside comfortability during peak summer hours unless I wanted to stay in my bedroom the whole time. Overall though it was a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay, the area was close proximity to restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend and stay in the future.

He was a great host, the apartment was very nice, the kitchen had whatever I needed. It has a cute balcony and a big and nice restroom. I didn't see anything particularly unsafe in the neighborhood, it just didn't feel quite safe at night. Although inside the building it was quite safe.

Me and my quests thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone thought it was beautifully taken care of and very accommodating. I will definitely rebook there and any other properties you may have available.

Becky place was so nice! My family enjoyed it for Easter day. We walked to the beach because it wasn’t far. It was very clean and I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped. Definitely will book again!

The house was fantastic, but the neighbors partied past midnight every single night. We stayed here for the Moody Gardens Ironman. The backyard was perfect for our dogs.

This place was amazing, clean, modern, and spacious. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Gerardo was excellent during my stay. He left very clear and instructions and was always responsive to any of my questions or requests. He made my stay a truly great experience.

Staying at hung's place was a pleasure. it was perfectly located for our needs , the home was cozy and clean, and quite at night no noises or people walking outside the house. hung was always available to answer our questions. The hot tub was amazing and the walk to the beach was easy. Everything was clean and we loved the ample towels. We had trouble with the unresponsive fire stick remote and I'm sure it will be replaced soon. Walter seems to really care about the property. Nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Nam's place. We were central to all of the attractions of the sea wall, yet her place was a peaceful retreat. Nam was responsive and ensured we had a smooth check-in.

Without a doubt one of the best places Ive stay in such a long time. Julius was very understanding and attentive to our needs and concerns. Everything was exactly as the listing shows. My favorite part is that it family friendly and had everything we needed for a little one which helps us in the long run. This has now become our go to place anything we are visiting Galveston. Our stay at this condo was excellent. The unit was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, making for a very comfortable experience. Its location is ideal—conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants, attractions, and local points of interest. Overall, it served as a perfect home base for our visit. We would certainly choose to stay here again in the future.
