Nicole Charming House -Charming House near the sea

Delightful and charming house, located in one of the most beautiful and striking places in the whole Cefalu, that is Santa Lucia. Very close to the sea (250 meters), nice restaurants and luxury resorts, this is the ideal location for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. Outside the house there is a well-kept garden with barbecue, an outdoor kitchen and garden furniture. There is an access to the sea from the residence and there is also a private parking equipped of automatic gate.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

Die 130 m² große Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern sowie einem Gäste-WC und bietet somit Platz für 8 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem Highspeed-WLAN (für Videoanrufe geeignet), eine Klimaanlage, eine Waschmaschine sowie ein TV. Ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
