Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool und großem Garten für 8 Personen. Es befindet sich in Garica in der Nähe der Natur, nicht weit von Vrbnik auf der Insel Krk. Das Haus verfügt über zwei überdachte Terrassen neben dem Pool, eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer, 4 klimatisierten Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Es verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN, einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und in einem großen Garten haben Ihre Haustiere ausreichend Platz, um sich zu amüsieren.

V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem.
