The location is right on the water, with a beautiful outdoor area that we really enjoyed. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. All of the beds were very comfortable, which made for great rest after busy days. Our kids had a blast in the game room, and we all enjoyed the selection of games available in the house. James was a wonderful host—he checked in with us and made sure everything was going smoothly. The location is ideal—you get the peaceful lakefront setting while still being just a short drive from downtown Hot Springs. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again!

Grant was very helpful. We had one question when we arrived. We were able to get ahold of Grant right away and he answered our question. The property was perfect. Everything was clean. Every room had its own smart TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. no complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location peaceful environment

Evergreen Cottage is definitely a little piece of heaven. From the moment I walked in I fell in love, such a peaceful beautiful place. There was everything you needed plus some. The hot tub was very quite and relaxing. My favorite thing was the delicious homemade cookies and the beautiful ornament made by John and Larry. We will definitely be back to stay. Such a cute and cozy place to stay for our anniversary weekend trip! We enjoyed our stay very much. Samantha was also great in letting us know where to go (if needed) as we were under a Tornado Warning while staying at the cabin. It was overall a great experience!

We spent our pre-wedding moon here and SO glad we did. This cabin is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed in. And to know the hosts harvested this wood themselves feels like the most special passion project to be able to enjoy. There were so many things the hosts went above and beyond on. Supplies for breakfast- including fresh eggs from their hens, wine, seasonings, soaps for the bathroom, homemade private trails for us to enjoy. We cannot recommend this location enough. This was our second time here in 4 months.. As before the scenery from the mountain top is second to none with almost 360 degree views. The lights from atop Hot Springs is beautiful.!!! Very relaxing and private. We shall be back!!! 5 Stars all way around. Mr. Jim and Adam are some of the best hosts we have ever dealt with. Awesome people!!! You won’t be disappointed!!! Wayne
