La Hussaire - The Bakery

The Bakery is a 2 bedroomed gite with a double bedroom and a bunk room. Both share a shower room. Lounge/kitchen/diner all in one with a wood burner fireplace. Full central heating. The gite is set in the countryside amongst orchards and pretty gardens with views over the valley. TV, DVD player, WiFi, full oven and hob, coffee maker, microwave and fridge freezer. Happy Valley

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Ancienne Baronnie, cette maison récemment rénovée n'attend plus que vous. Datant du 18ième siècle, cette maison était connue de tout le village et encore aujourd'hui beaucoup d'habitants se rappellent y avoir passé un moment. La rénovation a porté sur la mise en valeurs des matériaux naturels (bois, pierre) en ajoutant un côté moderne. Emplacement stratégique à mi-distance du Mont St Michel et des plages du débarquement, nous serons ravis de vous conseiller lors de votre séjour.
