Yaşar Bey, bizimle son derece ilgiliydi ve sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Ev, fotoğraflarda görüldüğü ve anlatıldığı gibiydi; manzarası ise olağanüstüydü. Evde hiçbir eksik yoktu ve her şey beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Bu harika tatil için kendisine teşekkür ederiz

Anne Marie kibar ve iyi bir ev sahibi.Giris ve çıkışlarda bizi çok iyi bilgilendirdi. Ev tıpkı resimlerde olduğu gibi, şık ve oldukça temiz. İhtiyaç duyacağınız araç gereçlerin neredeyse tümü mevcut. Bahcesi bakimli ve çocuklar için harika, merdivenler biraz yorabilir. Bahçede barbekü olanağı bulunuyor. Her odada klima mevcut ve çocuklu aileler için çok kullanışlı bir ev. Nem oranı neredeyse yok denecek kadar ve geceleri klimasız sadece cam açarak uyuyabilirsiniz. Camlarda sineklik mevcut. 2 banyo olmasi 6 kişilik konaklamalar için oldukça konforlu. Deniz Ağustos ayında çok temiz ve berrak hızlı derinleşmiyor altı yuvarlak taş ve çakıl, plajı cakil-taş. Sabahları deniz sakın öğleden sonra rüzgara göre dalga miktari artıyor. Çocuklar için sıcak bir deniz. Plaj sakın sanki size ait ve özel hissediyorsunuz. Bizim için çok keyifli ve güzel bir tatildi. My wife and i needed a break to get away from the stressful year we needed to unwind and relax. Selva's place was the first place i had been able to unwind and relax from the moment we walked in the door very peaceful just what we needed. what a great host nothing was to much trouble and she responded instantly. we would recommend any couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning views to book this apartment and have a great time. we will be booking here again as was a great experience. definitely need to hire a car. many thanks Selva we had a great stay and will be back next year 5 star many thanks Natasha & Andre

We will be back next year. We did stay in the appartment 6 weeks. Gunes is a welcoming host who quick responded to any questions or requests. She live with her family in a building next door. The apartment was clean and all did work. Internet,electricity, heating, stove etc. The location is really good as yoy have 3 min walk to the Harbour and 10 min walk to bus and beach. From the busstation is local buses to most places on the Bodrum peninsula and long distance buses to most of Türkiye . You do not have to hire a car. Even with a location 3 minutes from promenade, business district and restaurants is the area quite calm and silent. Our top 5 recomandation.

Huzurlu bahçesiyle doğayla iç içe, keyifli ve unutulmaz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev içerisinde olanaklar gayet yeterli, temiz ve sessiz, merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. Araç için özel otopark mevcut.

We zijn erg vriendelijk ontvangen , hele behulpzame gastvrouw. De villa is erg mooi en netjes. Hele mooie adembenemende uitzicht vanaf het terras . Kamers zijn ruim en schoon . Mooie grote keuken met alle apparatuur. De Airconditioning werkt prima. Deze villa is een aanrader.

Fikret bey oldukça hassas, yardımsever ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibiydi. Isteklerimize anında cevap verdi. Erken geleceğimizi söylediğimizde bize evin müsait olduğunu ve erkenden girebileceğinizi söyledi. Paranın değil memnuniyetin birinci planda olduğunu görmek benim için oldukça önemliydi. Ailece harika bir tatil yaptık hatta seneye de yine konaklayacağız. Fikret bey artık Bodrum’daki ahbabimiz oldu çünkü🥰 Evin temizliği; su, çay , kahve ihtiyacımız hemen karşılandı. Kısacası harika bir ev ve harika bir ev sahibi👏👏👏

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

Jacqueline is truly a SuperHost! She took us shopping on our first day, organised a hire car company and even took us to do the paperwork. On top of all this she is a very kind person and it was real pleasure for us to stay in her lovely villa with an incredible sea view. We enjoyed every second of our time there and can highly recommend it.

This was an absolutely amazing stay for us! Guney was an excellent host! He was incredibly responsive, helpful with recommendations, and even organized transportation to and from the airport for us. This flat is also just a short walk from the water and many shops/restaurants. It was very clean and had all updated appliances. I would recommend this to all small groups visiting the area!

Peaceful location with stunning views! The house was tidy, well-equipped, and had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered beautiful views — perfect for relaxing mornings or peaceful evenings. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the experience even better. There are a few local shops and bars nearby, but I would highly recommend hiring a car to explore the Bodrum coast — it’s absolutely breathtaking. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway😎

Hülya was an incredible host! She accommodated my last-minute, late-night request and welcomed me with delicious Turkish treats. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and had stunning views. She also gave excellent recommendations, including the need for a rental to explore the area. It’s a 15-minute drive to the airport and 40 minutes to Bodrum. Bizi ev sahibi olarak Iro kapıda karşıladı. Çok kısa sürede bütün sorularımıza cevap verdi. Evi çok güzel tanıttı ve her konuyla ilgili bilgi verdi. Evin bir sürü balkonu vardı. Özellikle girişteki balkon vakit geçirmek için çok keyifliydi. Ev çok kullanışlı ve temizdi. Evde kapsül kahve makinesi, mikrodalga fırın, fırın, çamaşır makinesi, ütü, saç kurutma makinesine kadar her şey vardı. Yeri merkeze çok yakındı. Çevrede çok güzel yemek mekanları vardı. Ev sahipleri çok ilgiliydi. Çok güzel bir tatildi. Özellikle Iro, giriş çıkış saatleri başta olmak üzere her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Çok tatlı bir ev sahibiydi. Bu güzel tatil için çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha görüşmek dileğiyle🙋‍♀️

Dit appartement is oprecht de beste airbnb waar ik tot nu toe ben geweest! Erg vriendelijke communicatie en ontvangst. De eigenaren hebben onder het appartement een pizzeria waar je heerlijk kunt eten en altijd terecht kan bij vragen. Het appartement beschikt over alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Alles was nog nieuw aangezien het afgelopen jaar volledig is verbouwd. Alles is op loopafstand, strand op 2-3 min lopen, het centrum op 4-5 min lopen. Kortom een echte aanrader! Zoek dus niet verder en boek je reis naar Kos!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Michael was a great host, he was very thoughtful, friendly and a really responsive communicator. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home straight away. Lovely decor and everything was very clean and tidy. It is really close to the centre of everything so it’s an ideal location. We were pleasantly surprised to have little gifts of fruit, biscuits and wine for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Thank you for being such a hospitable host!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf Kos. Das Apartment war für uns als kleine Gruppe ideal. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und es war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal, da man vieles im Zentrum zu Fuß erreichen kann. Auch ein späterer Check out war kein Problem. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed - even an electric grill in the kitchen. The terrace was perfect for enjoying sunsets, and the area was quiet and friendly with shops, a great bakery, and a bus stop nearby. Murat was a fantastic host - always available and full of great local tips. We felt very welcome and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Parken auf der Straße ohne Probleme möglich. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gerne wieder :)

Beatiful place overlooking mountains and ocean. Renting a car is definitly recommended. Using google translate from English to Turkish and vice versa is a must. Thanks for a beatiful and memorable stay!
