Es hat 4 m hohe Decken und Fenster auf allen Seiten die ihr eine leichte, luftige Atmosphäre geben. Der offene Wohnbereich hat eine neue architektonisch gestaltete Küche, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer und Büro aus anmutigen Proportionen mit einem Julia Balkon und Blick auf einen fantastischen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und führt zu einem privaten Garten auf dem Dach. Das Bad ist großzügig und verfügt über eine luxuriös tiefe Badewanne. Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang bis zur Oxford Street, die Stadt, Paddington, Centennial Park und Central Station. Sie werden keine bessere Lage in Surry Hills finden.
