Lovely 1 night stay in Jon and Laura's place. Very responsive to messages and helped us set up the place as we needed for the children. Extremely clean. No real cooking facilities so wouldn't have been good for a longer stay for us but great as a jounrney stop and massive hot tub (I didn't realise it was outside the main property, but they made it as private as possible). Really enjoyed, thanks very much.

It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely lovely apartment, immaculate, well laid out and beautifully done. Jeremy was a perfect host, great communication and left a few extra touches, Tea, coffee, sugar and milk, very welcome after a long journey. Instructions and information laid out clearly in a folder. The apartment is perfectly situated, a nice quiet street and was easy to park. A few minutes walk takes you to the centre and bars and restaurants. All in all very happy indeed with our stay in Cheltenham.

The flat was gorgeous! We felt the photos didn’t do it justice. It’s so spacious and well decorated. The flat is in a very convenient location in Cheltenham. We will definitely be back here. Savannah was very accommodating to our requests and responded in a timely manner.

Pretty comfortable and cosy appartment in a quite and nice residential area of Cheltemham. It is perfect for a family of 4, and in a very good location to visit the Costwolds. Gerry was always available to solve our questions and make a perfect stay for our family. Great host.

Overall, the room was very well prepared to accommodate guests. The host took care of cleanliness and comfort. Access to a hairdryer, iron, and electric kettle is not something you see every day. There is also a new oven, a new washing machine, a very large fridge, and a microwave. Every appliance I used worked perfectly.

We had such a lovely stay here and would highly recommend if you want to explore all the beautiful surrounding villages or even if you just want a quiet break from day to day life. It was so helpful having the detailed guidebook and the space honestly felt like home away from home but even better. There is everything you need there and we have left feeling so relaxed and refreshed after our stay. Thank you for everything! We’d love to come back!

This is a modern, comfortable house on a new development. It’s within easy walking distance of Offa’s Dyke, Wye Valley Greenway, nice restaurants and the local Tesco. Convenient regular bus service from town that we used to go to Tintern and walk back. The house is well equipped should you wish to cook and felt very welcoming. arrival is by keylock but contact from Jonathan was regular and friendly. I would highly recommend this house.

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

lovely place, great base for walking. local shop (co-op) and pub both easily walkable. spacious lounge and a beautiful courtyard which, if the weather holds, is a fantastic place for a relaxed breakfast.

Very clean house. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Quiet location with nice outside space. Good sized driveway too. When visiting this area again, I will definitely try to re-book this house.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The views from the apartment are breathtaking, and I loved watching the wildlife in the garden and surrounding fields from the balcony. It’s a perfect base for exploring the Forest of Dean and just a short walk into Lydney (a bit uphill on the way back). The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Lower Mill Estate with our baby! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a young family. Our little one loved the soft play and park area, and we enjoyed meals at Balihooo restaurant. A special thank you to our lovely host, Jane, who was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our baby’s 1st birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, with clear instructions that made check-in and our entire stay so easy. The apartment was spotless—immaculate in every corner—and so spacious, which was perfect for our little one to walk around and explore safely. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome pack with bread, biscuits, eggs, and milk—it was such a kind gesture that made us feel truly cared for. The host also went above and beyond by providing a baby bath, booster chair, and travel cot, which made things so convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the whole place had a warm, homely vibe. We honestly couldn't find a single negative. It was a peaceful, comfortable, and joyful stay—perfect for our little celebration.
