Your will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located villa. Our villa is fully upgraded. Has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is a great variety of restaurants and shopping just minutes away. In just 15 minutes you can be at the famous Naples pier for a fun day at the beach. We also have Marco Island, which is one of the top beaches in the world, just 20 minutes away. We do not offer snorkeling gear.

New Model home, brand new house all new and furniture. Pine ride jewel offers a straight shot to the clam pass beach and many more beaches around 8 miles straight west gets you to all high end dining and malls. Pine Ridge road is very easy to navigate and offers many shops and malls, one easy strait ride to the beach. The house offers an older florida home style rap around porch not found in newer homes but we stopped at nothing to make this a real charmer with many views of nature.

WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL-Intimate quiet setting. 2 miles from the beach and 4 miles from (a 10 minute drive) Downtown / 5th Avenue Naples. The house is within easy walking distance of the Park Shore Area / US41 / Tamiami Trail restaurants and bars. Outdoor hot tub, fire-pit and lush green gardens for a tranquil stay. There are no hidden cleaning fees on this listing which is a huge plus. There are also no hidden cameras or sensors of any kind at the house—your privacy is respected.

Relax and enjoy Florida indoors and outdoors in this "mini-apartment". You can watch for roaming wildlife and enjoy the tall pine trees, palm trees, and cypress trees from the patio. The "mini-apartment" is within walking distance of the canal where you can go bird watching and possibly see other wildlife. The apartment is outside of the busy hustle and bustle of the city but within driving distance of the beach. There are several restaurants with indoor or outdoor dining options.

Soak up the warm southwest Florida sun and enjoy a clean modern home with gorgeous views. This newly renovated condo is a short 5 minute car ride to Naples Beaches and 15 minutes to downtown. Two bedroom, two full bath home is the perfect quiet place for a couple’s retreat or for working remotely with high speed internet. The main pool IS open dawn to dusk!!! It’s a two minute walk within the community! (The smaller pool by the condo is closed and still waiting for completion.)
