With a cozy architecture and carefully selected details, the house features: On the first floor, guests have an open kitchen that integrates with a spacious living-dining room, creating a cozy and bright atmosphere. This area is complemented by an interior patio, which adds a touch of freshness and tranquility to the home. On this level, there are two double bedrooms; one of them is equipped with a king size bed, and both have private bathrooms, which ensures privacy and comfort. On the second floor, there is a very bright studio, designed to maximize natural light and equipped with direct access to the terrace. This outdoor space not only offers fantastic views of the sea and the Risco, but is also equipped with a swimming pool,, a large table and Balinese chairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy memorable moments in the company of friends and family.

Playa Marina is located in between Mala, and Arrieta, in the north of Lanzarote. Originally built as a healthsenter, and there is 3 bungalows together, and one main house. It is very close to the ocean, and there is some wonderful caves there that is accessible at low tide. Sometimes there is a sandy beach at low tide, but when there has been lots of waves, the sand is washed further out. Then there round stones before the sand. 2 km to Arrieta where there is a beach, stores, and restaurants.
