Relax with the whole family at this beautiful peaceful place to stay. We have 3 bedrooms; 1 on the main floor with a double bed and an ensuite - the ‘Cuddle Room’. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 has a Queen Size bed and the other with a King size bed,a fireplace and TV. The bathroom upstairs has a whirlpool tub. We have a full size kitchen, dining room which leads into the living room. We have 2 patios, a hot tub, 1 that is cozy and private and 1 with a view to the harbour and Main Street.

Snowmobiles and atvs can access the trailbed from the home. Walking trails, trail bed, local chinese restaurant, bakery, gas station, drug store, Tim Hortons, sports bar and boat launch are just minutes away. We are also just 10 minutes away from Grand Falls-Windsor. Exit 21.

This modern 2 BR house is a beautiful spot to enjoy the many things summer/winter has to offer. We are just meters from the Exploits River, kayak launch, the boardwalk, trestle and the track. We are also walking distance to the arena, ballfield and the Knights of Columbus. Grocery/liquor store and Tim Hortons is close by. If you need to be in Grandfalls for Dr's appointments or just to go shopping, it's just a 15 min drive away. A home away from home!
