Alex is a great host! The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean, equiped and close to shops. The place is well sound proofed so couldn't hear my kids enjoying the screen during calls, there were plenty of local parks they visited and we enjoyed the evening sun on the balcony on a lazy evening. I'll definitely be booking again.

This is my second stay with Victoria but my first in the School Room. I have no hesitation in recommending both Victoria's properties and am truly grateful for the kindness and understanding she has shown me when dealing with both bookings. Thank you!

Had an amazing couple of nights stay the location was stunning the views over the countryside loved the rural setting with fantastic hosts every thing that was needed was provided. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. This is a wonderful place to stay. The apartment is clean, tidy and fully equipped. It has beautiful views and surroundings. Peter, Yanti, and Alexander were really responsive before and during my stay - they are great hosts and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely, clean, bright and spacious apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Good bus services into Oxford and we were able to park at the apartment throughout our stay. Communication with Tom was excellent, he was able to accommodate all of our requests. Highly recommended, thank you Tom.

The property was easy to find and very compact. Lovely and bright during the day and cosy in the evening; clean and tidy. Kath was very detailed with her information and left basic groceries for us. She was very friendly and welcoming.

Had a stunning time here at the lodge ! Felt like home from home Lots of amazing places to discover while walking the dogs , pub 2 mins down the road stunning location . Hosts where lovely and welcoming Felt sad leaving and will definitely return .

Could not recommend this accommodation highly enough. Presented to an exceptional standard, very clean, comfortable, private and peaceful. I Particlaury enjoyed this privacy of the Lodge and how it looks directly out on open fields. Excellent value for money. Will most definitely be back!

Great location for Stoney Cove Dive Centre. Only 5 mins away. Parking on roadside although owners kindly offered their own driveway.

The property was brilliant and just what we needed. The property was clean and instructions for check in and check out were straight forward. Wish we could stay longer! The outdoor table tennis and archery sets were a fun addition and the train!!!!! Everyone loved the train. Beds were comfy and good watch pressure in the shower! Thank you to the hosts for the little foodie additions too.

Our group’s stay was incredible, and the host provided all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, offering easy access to various facilities. I highly recommend this stay to anyone considering a future booking.

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

We felt blessed to find such a gorgeous location within a walk of Oxford City Center. Images don’t do the garden justice. Be sure to walk to the Headington Tree park for some gorgeous natural scenery en route to the city.

My friend and I had a very pleasant stay at Neil's place for a couple of nights. It felt like a safe and private location where you can visit interesting places close by such as National Trust sites and Bletchley Park. The apartment was spotless and Neil was very responsive throughout. Would absolutely recommend 👍🏼

Tara and Lee's flat is located in a lovely town not so far from the city of Aylesbury where you can find anything you need, various supermarkets and stores. Waddesdon is surrounded by a large green area with many trees and fields, ideal for running or walking. The flat is over the description made by its owners, it's simply perfect, well studied in every detail, well furnished with whatever you need. Large spaces, well illuminated and comfortable. Tara and Lee are very professional hosts because they took care of us and our needs although we didn't meet them. We had good communication. We definitely suggest Tara and Lee's flat to all families or groups of friends who want to spent some days in tranquillity but not far from many cities we visited like Oxford, Cambridge and London itself. We also planned some days in the Cotswold area where many lovely small towns are worth of visiting.

Beautiful remote place close to the city! The host was absolutely brilliant. We made truly special memories since it was rented for our wedding which was close in Navigation Inn! The view is so peaceful & the apartment is luxurious. It will stay in my heart!

We loved staying in this apartment. The location of the flat was just so perfect! Across the road to the train station, opposite Tescos and a few minutes walk from the theatre and the town centre. Any issues were dealt with immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

A comfortable, quiet apartment over a garage next to the owner’s home. Spacious parking area in a gated drive. A small kitchen, but with everything you need. Comfortable open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. Walking distance to the station for trains to London. Bathroom is on the ground floor, which could be difficult for anyone having trouble with stairs. Sarah was a lovely, friendly host, greeting us as we arrived. And she kindly supplied milk, juice and some other welcome treats. Would gladly stay here again when visiting friends in the area.

I stayed here for a few days. I had a lovely stay and the place was in the middle of the hub giving great access to amenities. Milton Keynes was a lovely town and being so close to the centre made the stay more pleasant! The rooms were extremely comfortable and a booklet was present in the room giving instructions for the various bits and bobs in the place.

Ailsa was a pleasure to deal with and the accommodation exceeded expectations. There were lots of little touches and finishes that made it feel like home from home especially the homemade chocolate cake, eggs from the family chickens and fresh bread just to name a few. It was also lovely meeting Max and Dottie the family dogs who are both adorable! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Jilly and David were fantastic hosts, with great communication and lots of recommendations of places to go, things to do and places to eat. Amazing and helpful when it came to our extra guest of 10months old. Would highly recommend! Beautiful gardens and place! Thank you!
