We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

We had a great couple of days at Merries Byre - we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was lovely and in a great location. Even the weather held out for us!

Would definitely recommend this place. Chalet was bigger enough and well equipped for adults. Sonya left little extras like milk and a hamper full of goodies which was a nice touch, We had no issues while there so didn’t need to get in touch. But did message Sonya a few days before to ask a couple of questions, and her response was very quick. The location is beautiful right on the broads, short walk to restaurants and bars. We had a fantastic weekend, wound definitely return.

We had a lovely stay over the bank holiday, Parva House was the perfect location - just on the fringe of the hubbub in Holt on what was a busy market weekend.

Had a lovely time. Easy to get in and we all slept well the beds were very comfortable. The extras that were there eg milk biscuits, were a really nice touch. We thought the bathroom off the bedroom would be inconvenient but with a wc downstairs it was ok. Everything was really cosy and very welcoming.

It was a lovely clean & tidy Lodge with everything you needed & more. Nice clubhouse & play area for kids too. Would definitely stay there again 😊

We had a lovely family weekend at The Hideaway. The home is cosy and well furnished, and the hosts were very helpful. Beautiful walks close by, amenities a short walk or drive and generally a very peaceful location. Would highly recommend for a weekend away.

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

We had a wonderful long bank holiday weekend at Mole End, and it truly felt like a home from home. The space is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat. Despite the weather not being perfect, we still made the most of the beautiful surroundings. The area is dog-friendly, which was perfect for us, and our furry friend had a great time. Mole End is nestled in a secluded corner, making it feel like a private haven. The property was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. A special thanks to the team for allowing us to check out later – it was a much appreciated gesture that made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, Mole End is an ideal spot for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with the comfort of home, and we would definitely love to return in the future.

We had a wonderful short break here, the place was spotless, and in a beautiful location. Check in was really easy and communication with Linda was fab. Highly recommend the nearby bakery, we had a wonderful breakfast bap there and the cakes were tasty! The onsite entertainment was also a nice bonus and from the accommodation it was just a short walk to the beach .We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Corin's beautiful bungalow. It was very quiet .As well as a lovely place to stay there was also a delightful garden.

Great accommodation, quiet and relaxed setting, walking distance to beach and lots of great access to local amenities. Local pub was fantastic for food and weather was great for a beautiful 5 days. Many Thanks

The property was excellent. We were only there for one night. The only issue was the driving instructions are based upon approaching the property from Lowestoft. If approachiong from the South and if using Google maps you end up just down the road from the property. Jessica guided us in so all good.

The cottage was thoughtfully put together with everything we could have needed. It was clean with an attention to detail. A very comfortable bed & sofa. It was really quiet & just what was needed to switch off and relax. Not far from happisburgh beach eccles etc. Convenient public footpath on the opposite side of the road. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Lesleys place. Very near to the sea and close to all beeches we wanted to visit. The cottage had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the jaccuzzi. The cottage is dog friendly and had all things our 4 month old Labrador puppy needed.

We loved our stay! Winterton is a gorgeous little town, and the chalet exceeded our expectations - super clean, within a peaceful estate, cozy and with necessary amenities (including tea, orange juice and milk). It was a very dog friendly holiday overall - 5 minutes away from a training ground and 10 minutes from the town’s cafes and beaches.
