Our cave villa comes with sentimental value as it belonged to our grandmother. Dated back to 1920's brings a great heritage. The villa was totally renovated in 2015, transforming a traditional cave into a luxury residence following faithfully the unique cycladic architecture with exceptional modern esthetics. The villa consists of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a dining area and a small kitchenette. It features a heated plunge pool and an upper terrace with panoramic view over Caldera.

Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

Located in the very heart of Oia, at a secluded position on the famous caldera of Santorini, Oia Spirit is a stylish complex of 8 stand-alone traditional cave houses, with access to a shared cave pool. A fully-equipped villa with an attic. With its wide veranda [40m²] and the irresistible combination of stone - exterior and modern - interior, it accomplishes the perfect mix & match of the local traditional architectural style with the most modern touches. It is made up of two bedrooms, the first one [14m²] being carved in the heart of a Santorinean rock, with a concrete bed, commodes and a TV set, and the second bedroom [12m²] featuring a black iron bed with commodes.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

Lioyerma Cave Villa & Hot Tub

Lioyerma Cave is a new-built traditional cave house in the edge of Caldera with a private Hot Tub and Balcony. It has the best views of the Caldera Sea and the Famous Oia's Sunset and it's 5-10 minutes walk from all the restaurants and the shops of Oia's town. It can accomodates 2 adults(big double bed) or 2 adults with a kid(on a folded bed). Breakfast included in the price. Free parking space
