My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Enjoy the outside cooking space with fire pit and barbecue grill and stairs going down to a dock for immediate water access. The inside boasts of a full kitchen and wonderful waterfall shower. Lots of fishing to be done or just lounge around and watch our 55-inch smart TV.

You’ll love it because it is tucked away on 75 acres only a mile from the city limits, The Place has a professional kitchen, beautiful views of oaks, a private pool, a bunk room with six beds, a private double room, a game room, balcony, and swimming pool. There is nothing quite like a peaceful stay out on the farm. Especially when you are not responsible for feeding the animals or fixing the fences! We invite you to enjoy a private, homey, & scenic stay. Surrounded by wonderful farm life and quiet neighbors, there are a few better places to see the stars. We take great pride in treating you like family, (that we like). Everything you need awaits you so grab your clothes and leave your worries behind!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris.

The Fairway - Your Home Away From Home

With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, The Fairway can accommodate up to 7 people (no more than 6 adults). Located within 5 minutes from I-30, Splash Kingdom, L3 Harris, movies, restaurants, and shopping, this quiet, kid-friendly home is the perfect spot for work or play.
