L'appartamento CASA GIULIA DI SOTTO, ristrutturato nel 2019 e situato a piano terra, è una porzione di un'antica colonica situata nel cuore del Chianti Classico. E' circondato dai vigneti di Villa Calcinaia, tenuta di proprietà dei Conti Capponi dal 1524. L'appartamento si trova a 500 mt. di distanza dalla piscina condivisa, aperta da maggio ad ottobre. L'appartamento dispone di un'area esterna dotata di tavolo e sedie dove gli ospiti potranno desinare e godersi un bicchiere di vino al tramonto.

Peaceful hideaway in a 11th century Tuscan village

Imagine a former medieval tower, once part of a 11th century fortified castle. As you enter, like in most Tuscan country houses, there is a kitchen with a stone sink. A stairway brings to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with their original terracotta floors and wooden beams. They both offer a gorgeus, unobstructed view of Chianti vineyards and hills. And a private access to a terracotta terrace facing the valley. It's hard to imagine a more peaceful scenery.
