Ferienunterkünfte mit überdachter Terrasse in Halkidiki

Great place, extremely beautiful yard, kids really loved playing there. The host is very hospitable, kind and communicative. The only downside (or upside for some) was the strict quiet hours after 11pm if you are planning to use the outside BBQ and the complaining neighbours.

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για να κινηθείς με οποιοδήποτε μέσο, ακόμη και με τα πόδια! Η επικοινωνία ήταν άψογη, μας δόθηκαν αναλυτικές οδηγίες, με ευγένεια, ενώ ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και όπως ακριβώς περιγράφεται. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

It was a very clean and nice room, exactly the same as on the photos. Communication with the host was easy - she gave clear instructions and allowed us a bit late checkout. A nice place to stay.

Our second time to Thessaloniki and our second time being hosted by Thanos! Close to all ammenities and sights. Strongly recommended!

A modern, stunning, and very clean apartment ...wishing i could stay here forever. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

Andreas je příjemný hostitel,který se o nás zajímal i během naší cesty. Vždy hned odpovídal a vše co jsme potřebovali hned zařídil. Apartmán je čistý a vkusně zařízený, s pěkným výhledem na moře a horu Olymp.

The location was great. The Aegean Sea was right in front. The promenade made our walks easier with restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. Note: Parking is hard to find nearby.

Ο χώρος της Μελίσα ηταν πανέμορφος. Ένα καινούργιο διαμέρισμα μέσα στην φύση, εύκολα προσβάσιμο και με όλες τις παροχές. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Η οικοδεσπότρια ήταν φιλική, ευγενική και άμεσα διαθέσιμη σε όλες τις ανάγκες μας. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

We hebben een daneasrifantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa van Alexander. Alexander is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. alles was aanwezig. iedereen had een eigen appartappartement en we ontmoetten elkaar in de gezamenlijke keuken/eetruimte buiten. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de afgesloten tuin met veel speel mogelijkheden. de zee was op loloopafstand en in de omgeving genoeg te zien en te doen. het was een hele fijne week met de hele familie.

Very nice place and friendly host. Just 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minute drive to Nea Plagia beach and taverns.

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

- Sehr gute Kommunikation, sehr hilfsbereit, Antworten innerhalb Minuten - Haus äußerst sauber, alles da, was man braucht - sehr schöne Terrasse, alles mit viel Geschmack und liebevoll eingerichtet - nur 20 Meter zum Strand, Meerblick von der Terrasse - in Fussnähe sehr viele gute Restaurants und Bars Weniger gut: Für meinen Geschmack war der Strand dort sehr schmal, aber man konnte sich überall Liegen mieten

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Harry gefühlt. Besonders schön war der Sonnenaufgang vom Bett/Balkon oder der Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Eine wundervolle Gegend, schön und ruhig. Ein Grand Masoutis ist in der Nähe und die Stadt Nea Moudania ist toll für Einkaufsbummel an bewölkten Tagen, wenn man nicht nach Pefkochori oder Kassandria runter fahren will. Es gibt viele Restaurants in nächster Umgebung, zum Beispiel in Nea Potidea und Nea Fokea. Die Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig - alle Möbel sind Massivmöbel, die alle sehr stabil und von höchster Qualität sind. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche riechen frisch und sauber, sogar die Decke vom Sofa. Ich liebe den Duft vom Bad im Erdgeschoss. Kleiner Tip, der Shop AB Vassilopoulos hat die größte Auswahl an Dolce Gusto passenden Kapseln (nicht nur Cappuccino, sondern auch Lungo, Starbucks und Lavazza). Se cercate un posto tranquillo, circondato da ulivi, animali e host amichevoli questo fa sicuramente per voi.Ottima posizione per visitare Sithonia!La cucina è super attrezzata e nuova, non mancava veramente nulla.

Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία!

Η διαμονή στο διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετική!!!Ο χώρος όμορφος και ζεστός σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά εύκολο πάρκιγκ.Διπλα σε αστικές συγκοινωνίες και στην στάση του Μετρό.Στην γειτονιά υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια, φαρμακεία και σούπερ μάρκετ.Το σπίτι ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες πεντακάθαρο και με όλο τον εξοπλισμό.Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός και πολύ φιλικός απαντούσε πολύ γρήγορα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise. We found everything we needed. I want to thank Thomas and his wife for being such a good hosts. We are looking forward to meet them in some of our next journeys!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ήσυχο και πάνω από όλα καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ένας αξιαγάπητος άνθρωπος που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά.

Πολύ καλός, καθαρός και ήσυχος χώρος! Εύκολη προσβασιμότητα και πολύ επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης!

Υπέροχος χωρος με όμορφη διαρρύθμιση και φωτισμό! Πεντακάθαρα όλα και το μπάνιο φαίνεται ολοκαίνουργιο όπως και όλα στο διαμέρισμα!
