Peaceful and had all amenities as mentioned. She was nice to accomodate our guests little early and did check on if everything is good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. There's a nice view from the back patio. It's a quite neighborhood. Rachel (host) was very accommodating to our needs, and responded promptly when I messaged her. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is truly a wonderful getaway spot. Plenty of room for all 7 adults and an infant. We loved the homey nature of the house and outside area! The kitchen and dining area made meal time easy and fun for all of us girls to enjoy time together. And the pool area was perfect! We loved that all of us could spend time talking and relaxing around and in the pool for a while day! Maryanne was a perfect host and answered all of our questions quickly. Sheade this weekend girls' getaway so easy!

The space was exactly what we needed for our family, and the space had all of the amenities we could have wanted. It was thoughtfully decorated, and the backyard was a great place to relax.

Kim was great from beginning to end. Very understanding and sympathetic to my situation showed a lot of empathy for me and my family. The house was very nice and very clean also a great area. I truly appreciate Kim’s hospitality. My family felt great and thought it was the best idea to get an Airbnb for us to sit reminisce on family. Thank you again, Kim! This house was very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect. Very cozy place in a great location. Easy access to downtown Westfield and Carmel. The place is clean and quiet . Plenty of room for a family . Very close to parks and trails. We certainly recommend it:)

The carriage house was the perfect place for our stay. There are so many wonderful things about this lovely place. It’s right on the river and there is a very nice walking path along the river which we were able to take advantage of. The two bedrooms are spacious with plenty of extra blankets for cooler nights. The hosts were wonderful. They responded very quickly to us as we had asked if they had an item and within minutes it was sitting in front of the door. That was very impressive and so kind of them. The living room space could use a couple more comfy seats for group conversations but we made it work. We would all absolutely stay there again! Thank you for a lovely Airbnb!

I’ve stayed in Rita’s places a couple different times for extended periods and would highly recommend it. The room is clean, private, and comfortable and Rita along with the property caretaker Joe are extremely friendly and very responsive.

We had a crew travel into town for the carmel marathon and this place was a great home base. Although the race ended up being cancelled, there was plenty to do nearby and the house was a great place to chill for weekend. House was well stocked with all the essentials. The only thing that wasn’t perfectly clear is that the small bunk room is really just a closet in one of the primary bedrooms. It ended up being fine for us, but had our group members in that room wanted a bit more privacy it might have been tough. The listing wasn’t misleading, just didn’t give the full picture of the room layout. The game room was a great place to hang out. The beds were incredibly comfortable. And as runners, the location was close to Monon trail and other running routes. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place! It could have been a little cleaner. There was some hair on the couches and a few spots on the sheets. The bathroom wasn't super clean either. However, she was a very responsive and excellent host, and the house was very nice and as described. The neighborhood is really peaceful and low-key, and I definitely would book with her again.

Our family was in town for a wedding and this home was perfect for us. Not only was Kristine’s home beautiful and cosy, she was kind and accommodating! Very responsive and flexible. She allowed us to check in earlier, check out later, and provided us with travel beds for the babies. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we’d highly recommend!

What an incredible place. My kids loved all the things to do (arcade, Wii, Board games, books, and CDs). We loved the place and would recommend and if dates work out the next time we are up in Indiana visiting our son in college, we will definitely look this place up and stay again. Brittany was great and extremely thoughtful! She had hot chocolate for the kids and firewood for the fire places! We really enjoyed our time there at her cozy home.
