The Beech Cabin offers the best view of our covered bridge from the porch swing. There is a gas grill for perfect summer burgers, a trolling boat for exploring the beautiful lake, and a picturesque hiking trail. End your day by the gas fireplace, enjoying the sounds of nature, watching the sun set over the trees.

A community boat ramp is conveniently located behind house and the main lake is only a 15 min boat ride away. Only a short drive to the beaches of Rough River State Park. Plenty of sleeping area with King and Queen bedrooms and a Bunk room with 5 twin beds. The oversized garage will store a boat or kayaks while you visit. You will enjoy plenty of space to sleep 10+ in this 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home. The Primary suite offers a King bed and private bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed and twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. A full size air mattress or pack in play is available upon request (if needed). A 2nd full bath is centrally located next to the open kitchen and living area. LOCATED 2 MILES FROM NICKS AND STATE PARK/RAMP.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! This cabin is located on over 160 acres w/ miles of private trails and abundant wildlife! The floors/trim of the home were made from reclaimed wood from an old Amish barn nearby! The property is surrounded by many Amish/Mennonite families so it is quite unique to see a horse-drawn carriage on the roadways. This cabin is located far enough out to have peace & quiet but still only 15 minutes to the city(Wal-Mart, coffee, restaurants, etc)

Rough River Lake Area, Cozy, peaceful apartment, in a Christian community, in McDaniel's, KY. Near Rough River State Park. Campgrounds nearby, 60 minutes to Mammoth Cave National Park. Lake beaches nearby. 45 minutes from Glendale. There is not room for boats or trailers, only for two vehicles per apartment.
