A charming, Grade 2 listed country cottage, dating from the 1700’s. Located in the village of Sedlescombe, which retains its charm of an old English village, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Recently renovated, the cottage has been refurbished to a high standard. With underfloor heating in the bespoke wet room & a magnificent copper style bath in the bedroom. Whilst downstairs the cosy sitting room benefits from a wood burning stove & the spacious kitchen leads to a courtyard garden.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Stanhope House

Situated in the heart of the old town this beautiful 3-storey grade 2 listed townhouse is a perfect place to relax with sea views over the East hill and the Fishermans' huts. On the doorstep, are the shops and all amenities Hastings Old Town has to offer, be it restaurants to suit all budgets, numerous pubs, antiques and junk shops as well as all the traditional attractions you would expect from this eclectic seaside town.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

Built in the 1860’s this little rustic one bedroom workers cottage is a place to relax and a base for exploring. Situated in 0re, nearby paths lead to the beautiful Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve with its coastal country walks, ancient woodlands and dramatic clifftop sea-views. Set back from the road, along a terrace of small cottages, this is a place for quiet and bird song.
