Right on the seafront in St Leonards, this cosy, stylish apartment has bold colour, mid-century touches and a relaxed, boutique feel. Seconds from the beach, Goat Ledge and independent cafés, it’s a perfect retreat for sunrise swims, coastal walks and exploring St Leonard’s and Hastings restaurants, vintage shops, galleries and music scene. Like many old seafront buildings, the shared hallway is a bit tired and awaiting improvements, but the flat itself is spotless, secure and exactly as shown.

It is near all local attractions and under 20 minutes stroll to Hastings Old Town, situated between the heart of St Leonards & Hastings town centres. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
