Greet the morning from your cozy bed, or wrap yourself in a cozy blanket and enjoy on the deck or snuggled up on the sofa in front of the fire. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

Please read: Our family of three live upstairs with two dogs who bark from time to time. You can expect some normal noise, we provide earplugs and a sound machine for extra comfort. Relax in a private cozy basement basement apartment with separate entrance and parking, just across from Hatchet Lake with tons of nature and trails around. Sleeps four comfortably with two queen beds. Sorry, no pets, our pups upstairs have the furry quota covered!
