Fantastic seafront cottage, 80 steps to sea and the most beautiful beach, a peaceful nature reserve. Only the moon and stars lighten up in the night. Well known for its rich fish and bird life. "This is a hidden place in Paradise!", according to one of our guests. Excellent living for nature lovers, only 12 minutes drive to touristic resorts Bastad and Torekov. Golfers reach four beautiful courses ten minutes away. If we are at home, we will serve you a full organic breakfast at a small charge.

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Välkomna till oss mitt i pittoreska Limhamn, ett lugnt område precis vid havet. Här finns massa restauranger, caféer och mataffärer. Bussar går ofta och tar dig överallt på under en kvart. I gäststugan finns allt du behöver för en din vistelse, en 32 tums TV med chromecast, snabbt wifi, köksvrå, dusch och badrum. Malmö är en perfekt cykelstad och vi har två cyklar ni kan låna för att utforska staden. Kommer ni med bil finns gatuparkering utanför. Välkomna till oss!

Dejligt Anneks med køkken og havudsigt og strand. Der er fibernet. Tæt på Helsingør by og Kronborg. Der er en seng på 160 gange 200 cm. Der er TV og Chromecast. Bord og 2 stole. I køkkenet er der basis køkkengrej. Lille køleskab med frys, 2 kogeplader, kombineret mikroovn og ovn. Der er håndklæder og morgenkåber. Der er aircondition. Brug “mode-knappen” på fjernbetjeningen, for at skifte mellem “heat” og “aircondition”. Luk venligst vinduet, når den er i brug.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Den Sorte Cottage + Orangeri

Udlejning fra 1. april - 31. oktober. Den Sorte Cottage med orangeri er en del af den historiske ejendom Skippergaarden, Fabersvej 2c, i det gamle Gilleleje. Skippergaarden er fra 1797, bygget af vraggods fra en ostindienfarer, der forliste udenfor Gilleleje i 1797 (sidste renovering 2003/4), og Den Sorte Cottage er fra 1892, da landliggerbegrebet opstod (sidste renovering 2019/20). Orangeriet er fra 2009. Her er wi-fi og parkering.

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
