Soak up the space of the double-height, vaulted atrium hallway and unwind on the snug balcony. - 2 double bedrooms - both with double beds and fully equipped with bed linen and towels - Open Plan Kitchen - fully fitted with dishwasher, toaster and kettle and generous crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils - Open Plan ding/living room with dining table and chairs for six, two comfortable sofas and coffee table -Bathroom with roll-top bath, shower cubicle, sink and WC. The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

Formerly known as the King Bill Pub, this accommodation is part of a charming 17th century cottage that lies in the pretty village of Fenstanton. The village offers a number of amenities: a pub, fish n chips shop, convenience store, Ron’s farm shop, butcher’s and a cafe. The location offers easy access to the charming market town of St Ives (2.3 miles) as well as the stunning cities of Cambridge (13 miles) and Ely (20 miles). A newly renovated one bedroom outbuilding set in idyllic Holywell conservation area directly overlooking the River Ouse. The property is detached from the main house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a beautiful wooden bed. There is a kitchen/diner and lounge with a large sofa bed suitable for two children. The bathroom has a small bath with waterfall shower. Plenty of parking to the front of the property. Great for walkers, cyclists, paddle boarders, bird watchers, romantics

The Grange (Annex Apartment)

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts a popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown Inn). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Cosy annexe in an amazing location

This newly renovated annexe is self contained, and even though the living space is small, 4200mm x 3200mm, we have gone minimal to try and provide almost everything that guests would need, so there is a day trundle bed in the lounge, storage cubes, small table and a tv on the wall. There is a small kitchen with a small worktop breakfast bar, fridge, Tower air fryer oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and sink unit. There is a separate shower room with toilet and basin with vanity unit.

The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

A very spacious property with a secure garden on the edge of riverside town St. Ives. We have furnished the property to a high standard to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is close to Huntingdon, Cambridge and Ely, and London is only just over an hour journey from Huntingdon train station. Experiences with our award winning herd of pedigree cattle can also be available, please enquire in advance to ensure availability.
