House is located across from homes that back up to Beaver Lake, but neighborhood doesn’t provide lake access. Located 5.5 miles from War Eagle Marina.

You are welcome to use the full kitchen, dining room, the outdoor dining area, charcoal grill, fire pit and wood burning stove during your stay. No parties are allowed.
