La casa si trova proprio nel quartiere vecchio di Hanoi, in citta viene proposta una visita ad una casa a tubo, nella casa loc homestay vivi l'esperienza di viverci prorio dentro ad una casa a tubo. Il piccolo corridoio, che porta all'appartamento, inizialmente non fa ben sperare ma poi la casa dentro e carina e piacevole e sopratutto è molto caratteristico, tantissime carse della citta hanno vicoletti piccoli per arrivare all'nterno. la host e stata molto disponibile e ci ha formito molte informazioni sui locali intorno.

This is a great place for a big group. The rooms are all separated with individual locks and one bathroom per two rooms. There is a small lounge, small kitchen and outdoor roof terrace. Everything was clean. The Aircon worked well and the location was perfect - right in the middle of all the activity

Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus liegen zentral in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Von dort lässt sich sehr viel fußläufig erreichen. Sie ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Es sind viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nachbarschaft. Die Kommunikation und der Service vom Vermieter waren excellent! Es ist etwas schwierig, die Wohnung zu finden, weil sie in einem Hinterhof liegt. Der Vermieter hat uns aber ein Foto gesendet, um es leichter zu finden. Es ist auch wichtig zu wissen, dass der Hinterhof nachts abgeschlossen wird und man einen zweiten Code benötigt, um hinein zu kommen.

A fantastic place nestled in Ha Noi’s Old Quarter. Extremely walkable area and beautiful bnb. Le is an extremely helpful host. Would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Ha Noi!

First off, we didn’t stay at this apartment due fault in piping however we were relocated to somewhere more central and it was as described. Old quarter apartment, gated community. Amazing as it’s above a coffee shop so morning coffee fix was literally a stone throw. Walkable location but grab was easy to access as well. Overall I’d say it was good. All co-host communicated professionally and understanding. Assisted with locations/ airport transfer and explained rules clearly. Lots of promotions from the management as well like 20% off massage !

3 double bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, 3 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The apartment is perfect for small groups (3 couples) or families who need a convenient base from which to explore the old town. Just a very short stroll to the lake with all its restaurants, shops and good vibes. Lots of things to do well within walking distance. Train Street is about 10-15 minutes, the old citadel 20 mins and HCM Mausoleum about 25 max. The apartment itself is set back from the road through a narrow iron gate and down a short alley. There are steep steps both external and internal so do take this into consideration if any of your party have difficulties with stairs. The bedrooms are fine and the air-con more than adequate. Similarly, the shower/wet-rooms are OK (love the little wooden tubs) and 2 of the bedrooms have little balconies. The kitchenette is ideal for coffee or a sandwich and there's a great outside seating area on the top floor (no inside community area). Highly recommended

호스트님과 의사소통이 훌륭했습니다. 숙소 바로 밑이 야시장이고, 위치가 훌륭했습니다. 저희가 필요로 하는 것을 호스트님께서 대신 사 주셨습니다. 우리가 샀으면 지도로 검색해 본다고 시간이 더 걸렸을 것 입니다. 그리고 아침이른 새벽에 물어보기 위해 연락드린 것에 대해 호스트님께서 바로 답장을 주셔 너무 놀랬습니다. 그때가 시간이 새벽 5:30이었기 때문입니다.

Great location, really nice flat with an lovely balcony. Small cons : TV wasn’t working and the kitchenware seems a bit lightly furnished, with only a few tools. But overall it is really pleasant apparement and Do is extremely responsive and friendly. Would recommand 100%

We loved our stay here, it felt like home. Tasteful interior design, cosy space and the Old Quarter is easily walkable. Minh Sâu was so friendly, and helpful and gave us plenty of clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A perfect place to stay.

Perfect location if you want to be in a quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to the Old Quarter. There's a lot of cafés and places to eat in the area like a Bia Hoi restaurant. The place feels like a luxury because of the heated toilet seat! They have everything you need in the room, including drinking water, fridge, mini kitchen and living and dining areas. I would definitely recommend Trung's place!

We had a wonderful stay . The apartment was exactly like in the photos . It was spotlessly clean. Location is unbeatable - right next to Hoan Kiem lake (and around the corner from Note Coffee and several other attractions are walkable distance as well ) . It’s in a quiet side alley and we could not hear any noise from outside ( our apartment was on the 8th floor ). The AC was strong and no issues with hot water. Will definitely stay here the next time we visit Hanoi .

Czysto, zgodnie z opisem. Gospodarz dość szybko odpisywał na pytania. Blisko atrakcji, dobre miejsce wypadowe. Mają w ofercie dwie wycieczki, skorzystaliśmy z jednej i byliśmy zadowoleni. Polecam.

Great location. Very walkable to most tourist attractions. Great pond with fish. But could be deeper for the fish. Apart from that it’s very quiet and nice and highly recommend for people to stay. It also has a heating lamp in the shower. Very nice to keep warm when you finish showering

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

謝謝Tuan的幫忙，四個晚上我們住的很舒適，第三天下午還有清潔人員來打掃，讓我們的空間保持很乾淨。 整體而言是一個很愉快的經驗，房東回覆也都很即時，吹風機燙衣版洗衣機烘衣機應有盡有！很推薦跟Tuan訂房，同一棟大樓我們其他的朋友的住宿經驗就沒有這麼好，所以我們很幸運能找到Tuan!

Qv's place is amazing. The host is really helpful and responsive. They even help us to get 70% discount at Mori Onsen located just in the same building. Would love to stay there again if i go back to Ecopark.

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.
