This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

The cottage is conveniently located near the centre of Holt, with easy walking distance of all the charming boutiques, art galleries, shops, cafes, pubs and fine restaurants. Easy driving access to all of North Norfolk’s world class beaches. The cottage is tucked away along a quiet loke and benefits from having private off road parking for one car (a rare thing in Holt!)

Pepperpot cottage

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Canfers Barn is close to Holt and the stunning North Norfolk Coast. It is in a quiet, rural location great for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. A well behaved dog is welcome at an additional charge. (Max 2 dogs). There are some great pubs within a short drive and some fabulous walks nearby and immediately from the property on our arable farm. Please note that Canfers is very popular and usually only available for a minimum of 7 nights. Occasionally short breaks are available.

With 3 ensuite bedrooms, it sleeps up to six guests making it perfect for families and groups of friends. Dog friendly and perfectly located, it's a fantastic base for exploring Holt and North Norfolk’s stunning beaches. We can set up the bedrooms as three super kings or six single beds :) on request
