The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Alquilamos este apartamento que fue nuestro hogar durante mucho tiempo hasta que la tribu creció, lo hemos cuidado con mimo siempre, es un oasis en plena ciudad, con vistas al jardín Botánico de Madrid, los atardeceres son un regalo. A unos pasos del Retiro, auténtico pulmón de la ciudad, de la estación Atocha (AVE, Cercanías Metro)y de los mejores museos :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... El apartamento tiene: salón comedor amplio con sofá cama, cocina semi integrada, dormitorio y cuarto de baño.

Nuestra buhardilla es perfecta para todo aquel que quiera huir del bullicio de la ciudad. Está situada en un pueblo muy tranquilo, por lo que es ideal para relajarte con tu pareja, o para establecer un lugar desde el cual poder visitar todo lo que Madrid nos ofrece. Parque Warner, pista de nieve cubierta en Xanadu, Safari Madrid, zoo de Casa de Campo, Toledo, playas de Aldea del Fresno y muchas cosas más, son las que podrás visitar desde nuestro alojamiento. Disfruta de una experiencia inolvidable en este céntrico alojamiento. Al lado del parque del Retiro. Pasea hasta el centro de la ciudad atravesando el parque, o súbete en un autobús que te llevara al centro en 10 minutos. Tiene ascensor. Somos un alojamiento de corta estancia. No turístico. Por lo que es posible que tengas que firmar un contrato digitalmente antes de tu llegada. Es un trámite para cumplir con la legislación española que no va a afectar tu experiencia en nuestro alojamiento.
