Located on the harbor street five min walk with 33 steps to climb as it is on the first elevated floor ( ! The studios are each one room open plan studios. The house is called Romantic Kiaffa Spiti. It is located in Kiafa, in the highest and oldest part of Hydra. We are up above the port. Spiti means house in Greek. We provide travelers not rooms or apartments in a house, but a whole house that is normally inhabited. Exceptional 180 ° view of the Peloponnese, the port and Vlichos / Ermioni. Romantic because a lot of charm and very Greek environment.

Το διατηρητέο, λιθόκτιστο, πλατυμέτωπο (καπετανέικο) “κόκκινο σπίτι” του καπετάν-Ρίζου, καραβοκύρη της εποχής, δεσπόζει στο κανάλι του Πόρου από το 1851 και έχει φτάσει πλέον στην 6η γενιά της οικογένειας. Ένα σπίτι γεμάτο ιστορία και αναμνήσεις που έχουν μείνει ζωντανές από γενιά σε γενιά. Στο σπίτι αυτό πέρασε καλοκαίρια της ζωής του και ο ποιητής Κωστής Παλαμάς.
