The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

The property is a very breathable one. Immaculate and very spacious. A clear shout out to the host, Mr. Divay and the property manager, Mr. Vipin. They listen to your queries in a very keen and calm manner. Any shortfall(s) are proactively taken up by them and sorted out in a jiffy. It’s an apt and serene place to stay. Highly recommended! I had booked this apartment for my parents and grandparents and they had a lovely stay. The location was great and the host was very responsive. Overall had a wonderful stay. Would definitely love to come back again.

Homely environment and friendly host. Location is fantastic. There's a bunch of great restaurants, clubs and cafes in walking distance (2-15 mins). Took us 30 mins by car to get to Fontinhas, and 35 mins to get to Ashvem Beach (one of the quietest, least crowded beaches in North Goa). Host is connected to cab drivers, scooter rentals and car rentals. Eased the burden of finishing reliable transport. There's enough parking space available at the residence. There's an aquaguard for water, shower heating and ACs are good, and rooms are decent. Kitchen could be better equipped with a pan, bowls and a microwave. Only issue was the pea sized (practically useless) dustbin in the washroom. None in the kitchen/room.

Staying at Satish Maurya’s Airbnb was an absolute delight! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a restful stay. The common areas were just as impressive, with a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The sofa-cum-bed in the drawing room was a great addition, providing extra comfort and flexibility. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to cook meals just like at home. One of the highlights was the warm and friendly security staff, who made the stay feel even more welcoming and safe. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded expectations in every way—highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect stay!

I’m giving this place 5 stars, but there are a few things to note. The two-bedroom apartment is clean, well-maintained, and has modern amenities. The host, who stays on the ground floor, is friendly and very helpful, even connecting us with a local E-rickshaw driver, which made getting around easier. However, there’s only one bathroom instead of the 1.5 baths mentioned in the listing. The location is quite far from the main road, making Uber/Ola difficult to find, and there are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby, so planning ahead is a must. Also, no hair dryer is provided. Overall, it’s a great stay with a wonderful host, but keep these things in mind while booking!

The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and fully secured, providing a comfortable and safe environment . The host Chayya was exceptionally friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions I had and ensuring a smooth experience.

Barun's property was a great place to stay in. We stayed for almost an week. The rooms and spaces were exactly as described and true to the pictures, and there were lots of appliances and essentials in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's also an extremely well furnished apartment, and the location is good on it's own too - although as already mentioned, slightly distant from the main city. The check-in process went smoothly as well, and same for the check-out. The sunset view from Yolodoors is great too. Thanks to Barun and his team for hosting me and my family.

I had an amazing stay at Priya’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The positive vibrations in the house made it an absolute pleasure to stay in. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, but in reality, it’s even cleaner and more well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bed linen, towels, and blankets were spotless. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the parking area was a great convenience. Commuting to and from the location was effortless, and having Kapaleshwar Temple within walking distance was an added bonus. Priya is a wonderful host—she is always approachable and attentive, ensuring that even the smallest requests were taken care of almost immediately. The neighbours in the building were also friendly, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. From the very first day, it truly felt like home. Shantanu has a very homely place, his caretaker Mr Roshan is also very polite, helpful while being unobtrusive. So here's the basic necessities lowdown - 1. Ordering food & home-needs stuff - You can order via Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Zomato - so almost all aggregators & delivery agencies work. We used ALL OF THEM. Has lift. 2. Kitchen - VERY clean & basic utensils available, including the soap to wash them with. Induction available. 3. Washing clothes - Front load washing machine rocks! Kindly arrange your own soap, as that is your own consumable. Drying is a breeze with the balcony & draw down flexible hangers. 4. Washrooms - One Western combined for the master bedroom, one Indian with separate bathroom. Post meal handwash basin available, so you wont have to use the kitchen washbasin, that is very important for Indian families who want basic separation due to ritual purity needs. 5. Cooling - AC, 1 Ton, available in both rooms, Fridge in Kitchen is very well maintained.

Arindam is an absolute gem! From the moment we booked, he was attentive, responsive and ensured our stay was nothing short of perfect.The space was exactly as described, clean and comfortable and we loved the beautiful view. it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Was nervous while booking and before the check in as its was my first air bnb experience…. The first tour of the bnb me n the friends where so carzyyyy … as it was just upto the mark n hospitality from small stuffs like ice cubes to toothbrush… like just wowww the hygiene was just wowwwwww…. Never had second thoughts before using any of the stuffs … all over the experience was greattttt….. 🫧🫧🫧🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🫶🏻

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.

It was beautiful stay!!

It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.

Our stay at Oscar Ji’s place was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pristine pool, which was clearly well-maintained and refreshing. Oscar Ji himself was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. When we encountered a minor issue with the AC not cooling properly, he promptly arranged for a technician to come and resolve the problem. Within just two hours, the AC was back to working perfectly. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we would definitely choose to stay at Oscar Ji’s place again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service!
