Such a nice relaxing location. The house was a perfect size for two people. The kitchen had everything needed. The view from the kitchen table is what made it so nice. I enjoyed drinking my coffee and watching all the bird wildlife from the window. The pool deck is a private spot to enjoy the water views. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it was in sparkling shape. Every type of restaurant choices are within 2 miles. I would stay here again.

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

Samantha was an excellent host. The property was well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful. The partially fenced-in backyard was perfect for our big dog. It was a great spot for fishing and crabbing. The dolphins at the end of the dock each day were a great bonus. It was a wonderful place for a quiet family getaway.

Lisa's place was perfect, it was clear that a lot of intention was put into making it a delightful place to stay, from the thoughtful snacks and treats to being stocked with everything you need for a long stay. Lisa was very responsive and checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. The cottage is fresh, clean and full of light. I swam in the heated pool every morning. And the grounds are lush and beautiful. It was a wonderful experience staying at Lisa's and I will do it again!

Sue’s place was wonderful! We loved the deck off our place. We enjoyed breakfast there. Also very excited to see a dolphin and 3 manatees in the waterway just off our deck!!! The apartment was very nice and comfortable. We definitely will want to stay there again.

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay at Lance's place. We rented out two of of the units on this property--the Reel House and the Riverside Cottage--to spend time together over Christmas. It was great to have separate places for each family unit to have privacy and downtime, but still be close enough to enjoy each other's company. The houses were nicely furnished with all the amenities needed to cook, relax, and enjoy the scenery. Beautiful location on the water. We saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of birds every day. We fished all week and took the kayaks out, which was a treat! Huge fenced-in yard was great for our dogs. Yes, the property is up against train tracks, but we were not bothered by it. Can't say enough great things about this place. Will definitely be back!

Brooke's place was perfect for my family of 3 (couple and child) for a long weekend in Vero Beach. The place was thoughtfully designed and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, AC and heat worked well, wifi excellent, and shower water was hot. The neighborhood was peaceful, felt safe, and was conveniently located. Brooke gave clear, concise, and timely instructions for everything.

This was a great spot to stay, especially with young kids! The crib and highchair are incredibly helpful when traveling with young kids. The house was beautiful open and clean, with a great screened in porch and pool area. Bianca was extremely responsive and friendly and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay there again when visiting the area.
