There is a full gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and a view of the river while cooking. Enjoy your time outside on the deck overlooking the river. In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

Listen to records, have a bonfire, relax in the hot tub, or take a walk along the beautiful Lake Louise!

The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Petoskey and Harbor Springs, ski and golf resort of Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob are approximately 30 minutes away. Home has a Fully equipped kitchen.
