Villa Solbacka is a charming artist's home, built in 1913 and located in Billnäs, just 10 km from Fiskars village. The beautiful windows and other architectural details give the house an unique atmosphere. The house is decorated with solid old wooden furniture, many of them handmade. There are two fireplaces in the house. Outside the master bedroom there is a sunny balcony. The building is surrounded by majestetic pine-trees and maples. In the outbuiling there is a sauna and a small terrace.

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! We don't have ice bears on the streets, not at all. What we have is a fresh, green and humid nature. The temperature approx. +20 and a bit cooler nights. Swimming, forest walkings, rowing boat and our especially friendly way to take care of our foreign guests. This is Finland, only 4 hours flight from your home.

In this lovely old villa you can enjoy the vast 7500m2 garden with apple and plum trees and the back yard opening to the field as far as the eye can see. After waking up with the neighbor's rooster you can head to the center of Helsinki only 45 mins away with the car just waiting outside (extra charge).
