We stayed here for a wedding at The Burr Mansion, which was extremely close to the house! The house was clean and updated. A few spots to walk to including a local bar. Just a walk to the beach. Bedrooms are all spacious and were very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Nice ground floor apartment across the street from the beach and 2 blocks from the state park. Love the outdoors. And Delores and her brother were amazing. Friendly, responsive, and helpful.

A quick weekend girls trip. We enjoyed the outside space, porch, corn hole and view. Beds and couch were comfy. Would stay again!

Excellent stay! Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time. The house had stunning views from every room on all floors. The kitchen was well-equipped for our large family. The owner’s responses to questions about the property were prompt and helpful. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub since it was too early in the season for the swimming pool. My family agreed we would rent again if a reunion is planned.

House was just as it looked in the pictures - beautifully decorated. Has everything needed for a vacation. Comfortable, bright and cheerful. Back yard was private. House was fully stocked with what was needed along with beach supplies in the outdoor shed. Quick walk to the beach. Would easily rent again!

Had a great stay here! The house is clean, spacious, cute and comfortable. The hosts are very easy to communicate with, and went out of their way to be accommodating. I definitely recommend it.

Deborah’s place was perfect for our needs! It was a charming guesthouse that fit me, my husband, and baby very comfortably. Deborah was even so kind as to set up a pack-and-play for our baby to sleep. Her instructions were clear and she was extremely responsive when I had questions about her home or Westhampton. All in all I highly recommend this Airbnb and would stay there again in the future!

A quaint cottage that was sparkling clean. Access to the Peconic from a private dock with the available kayaks and canoes. There is a pristine built-in pool with new decking. There was a 10 minute drive to Hampton Bays town with great restaurants, grocery and shopping.
