Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

Cosy log cabin in Ivalojoki river with all amenities needed for a comfortable and adventurous stay: please read the full description before booking! The cabin lies on an island, the last part needs to be walked over the ice (safe from mid-December till April) or rowed with our small rowing boat (included). A cabin for those who want to cocoon surrounded by nature, gaze at northern lights undisturbedly, discover untouched snowy forests on snowshoes (included) and sleep in absolute silence.

Private log cabin by the lake of Inari

This private little cottage is located next to the lake of Inari, but also only just 15 minutes drive away from the center of Ivalo. Beautiful lake and fell scenery opens straight away from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling few kilometers away and hopefully spot the auroras dancing above the lake. Entrance to bathroom through cold veranda.

Tilava talo Ivalon keskustassa lähellä palveluita ja leikkikenttää. Rauhallinen sijainti takaa hyvän loman. Keittiöstä löytyy kaikki tarpeellinen jos haluaa itse tehdä ruuat loman aikana. Pihalla on grillikota ja ulkoterassi. Suomalainen sauna on aina lämmin, avaa vain kansi ja nauti löylyistä. Vauvan sänky ja syöttötuoli löytyy tarvittaessa, mainitse asiasta jos vierailet pienen lapsen kanssa. Kohde sopii hyvin lapsiperheelle tai isommalle porukalle.

All the bedrooms overlook the forest. Ski trails and starting points for nature trails / hiking trails are 200 meters away. Cleaning, linen and towels are included in the price.
