If your group will be spending most of your time in the house, it is ideal for groups of 12 or less. However, we do have sleeping space for up to 16! Our open floor plan on the main floor allows everyone to be together. And, if you need more space, our large back yard is perfect for games and enjoying the Ohio Valley weather

Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.
