Oliva - Cool loft studio

This apartment was freshly renovated and we did a new terrace. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.

The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a hallway, from which the stairs lead to the second floor. On the second floor, there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
