Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

Fomos em dois casais e o espaço atendeu perfeitamente. Por ser próximo da estação não ter que ficar arrastando malas por Veneza para nós foi a melhor opção. Havia restaurantes, cafés e supermercado por perto. Recomendo a estadia.

Die Lage ist super – ruhig und charmant und allem in der Nähe, das man braucht. außerdem ganz nah am Piazzale Roma und damit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn dort, die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem – mit kleineren Kindern könnte das aber schwierig sein. Sara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Great place! Used it as a rest stop between coming down from the Dolomites and visiting Venice/Caorle while traveling by car. The apartment is spacious and has everything you’d likely need during a trip. You’ll need to take a short 5-minute drive to Ceggia for dinner, but that shouldn’t be a problem if you have a car. Aniello is a great host — friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend the place!

Meraviglioso appartamento vicino al porto, arredato con cura, molto spazioso e con una bellissima terrazza. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e prenoteremmo di nuovo l'appartamento in qualsiasi momento. Venezia è a soli 30 minuti di navigazione. Dear Nicola & Francesco - We have had a wonderful 5 night stay in your home - it is beautifully presented , a location dream - just far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Venice , with local supermarkets x 2 , restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes and 20 mins from St Marks square walking slowly . We’ve used the water buses , walked a lot , seen so much of your beautiful Venice . When we return it will be to your beautiful apartment . Giovanna hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles wichtige erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, schlicht, aber liebevoll eingerichtet und hat uns (zu dritt) auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz geboten. Frotteewäsche fürs Bad war vorhanden, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln - das fand ich super! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und gleichzeitig sind diverse Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Giovanna ermöglichte uns, am Abreisetag das Gepäck noch bis am Nachmittag in der Wohnung stehen zu lassen. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall gerne weiter.

Spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need, everything clean, self check-in was super easy, great communication with the hosts - they responded quickly to everything we needed, area is quiet but not too central - around 20 minutes by foot to the most popular tourist spots, but with some affordable restaurants and bars nearby. All in all a good choice!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Valeria . La maison est à 5 minutes de la gare ferroviaire et des bus. Accès aux bateaux bus (ferry) à proximité également sur la Piazzale Roma On n'a trouvé une boulangerie juste à coté , Majer, délicieux et accueillant. La maison est tel qu'on peut le voir sur les photos et le quartier est très calme. Le lit est confortable, avec des couvertures en plus si nécessaire. Nous aurions pu cuisiner parfaitement sur place car la cuisine est bien équipée mais nous avons fais le choix de gouter la cuisine italienne dans plusieurs restaurants et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Valéria est une hôte très sympathique et très réactive à la moindre question. Ce qui est sur, c'est que nous reviendrons chez Valeria, quand je ne sais pas ? mais on reviendra! Encore merci Valéria. Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

We had a fantastic stay and they couldn’t be more accommodating for our 7 month old. The cot bed was in great condition and bedding was an extra nice touch. The apartment is ideally located, not too close to the tourist crowds but really easy to get to all the major sites. The coffee shop is literally 6 feet from the front door so very helpful in the morning.

The apartment was exactly as described and excellent location for an easy walk to/from bus or train station. Communication was also excellent (not as good on my part 😬) and directions forgetting in were perfect. Would Stay again and recommend.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Excelente alojamiento, se puede tomar el bus cerca al apartamento para ir a Venecia. pero lo mejor fue la atención de Sara y su familia, son muy amables, volvería sin duda a alejarme aquí

This is the second time I have stayed at Laura’s beautiful Palazzo apartment. It is right on the Grand Canal and each morning I awoke to the beautiful sight and sounds of Venice through the big pane window. It is a dream apartment with painted ceilings and elegant antiques. The bath water is hot and there is even two friendly kitties who live in the garden and building. I am right at home and plan to return again. Thank you Laura for your excellent communications and kindness in meeting me upon my arrival and helping me set up a Water Taxi for a return to the airport. It was a perfect experience! Sandra

Acomodação muito organizada e limpa. Localização com bastante mercados e restaurantes no geral. Manual com explicações na casa, tudo muito organizado, gostamos bastante!

Perfect spacious sanctuary right in the heart of Venice! Great central location and has all the facilities needed for a very comfortable stay. Our host Novella was kind and communicative. If you’re taller or have a bigger build, then you may have trouble in the shower but otherwise highly recommend and we will be back!

The place was great! Had everything we needed and was very clean and mostly comfortable. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the supermarket, shops and bakery. Gabriele is a great host, provided us with useful information on what to see and how to get around. The apartment is very close to Venice by city bus/metro and if you are looking to see any other place such as Lago di Garda or Verona, it's a great starting point. Gabriele's place is highly recommended.
