Fotis est un hôte génial, nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement! Fotis est un hôte discret mais très prévenant , il nous a gâté de delicieuses tomates du jardin, figues, fruits de cactus 🌵 etc... Nous étions comme chez nous dans le superbe logement de Fotis, très confortable, propre, avec un jardin et une piscine magnifique ! Merci pour les précieux conseils, les sourires, les attentions ! nous avons été ravis de notre séjour ! Une adresse que nous recommandons , tout particulièrement en famille avec des enfants ! We spend an excellent week at Villa Kitrini. Heidi and Patrick the owners are very nice hosts and the communication was very smooth. The villa offers all the equipement necessary and has a splendid view on the olive trees and the sea. The pool was also very much appreciated. For us, Villa Kitrini was a very good base to discover all the beautiful places and activities the region has to offer.

Nous sommes arrivés chez Monsieur Georgios qui nous a gentiment accueilli avec sa charmante épouse qui parle parfaitement anglais, ils sont super sympa je recommande cette belle maison avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et l'océan, la maison est magnifiques ils y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner les chambres sont très bien ont ce sens commes a la maison ils y'a beaucoup d'espace et la terrasses fait tout le contours de la maison donc je vous dit pas la vue un 360 degrer de visions incroyable pour ce poser en vacances au calme loin de la villes, je recommande cette agréable maisons a tous car elle vaut vraiment le detour elle est au top je reviendrais a Kalamata et je viendrais chez Georgios et sa femme qui sont de très bonnes personnes. Belle rencontre ont les aiment bien et ont vous les recommande ils sont top. Faousia et pascal

Thank you so much, Bernadette and Rod, for great hosting! The experience was beyond all our expectations! The cabin is very clean and equipped with everything you need and beyond. The place is kid-friendly, Bernadette provides some toys games, and movies for the kids, as well as great sea wheels, to enjoy within the pool. The pool is clean and access to it is not easy for toddlers so it is safe. The view is stunning. From one side you get to see the mountains while from the other side you can see the sea. The cabin is in a rural and secluded place so it's just your quiet and great nature. The hosts give self-produced olive oil that upgrades every meal and salad you make. In addition, there are grapes growing up in the yard you can pick and eat. Bernadette and Rod are super nice and friendly. Thank you for a great experience!

Τι να πρώτο πω γι' αυτό το κατάλυμμα αλλα και για τον οικοδεσπότη. Το σπίτι είναι όπως ακριβώς φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, τεράστιο, άνετο, καθαρό, είχε όλα όσα πρέπει να έχει ένα σπίτι δεν θα σας λείψει τίποτα. Ο κήπος που έχει είναι φανταστικός και τεράστιος όσοι πάτε με παιδιά θα το κατά ευχαριστηθούν όπως και τα δικά μας, έχει και ένα τερματακι ποδοσφαίρου που μπορούν να παίζουν. Τώρα όσο αφορά τον Δημοσθένη από την πρώτη κιόλας επικοινωνία ήταν πάντα τυπικός, φιλικός και απαντούσε σε δευτερόλεπτα λόγω ότι μιλούσαμε με μηνύματα γιατί ήταν εξωτερικό. Οτιδήποτε τον χρειαζόμασταν απαντούσε αμέσως αλλά και από μόνος του επικοινωνούσε μαζί μας για να δει αν φτάσαμε κι αν είναι όλα καλά και όταν φεύγαμε έκανε το ίδιο. Από την πρώτη στιγμή μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε ότι ήμασταν φίλοι από παλιά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα Δημοσθένη και ελπίζουμε ότι κάποια στιγμή θα ξανά έρθουμε.

Perfect! This is a house that should be on top of your list if you are considering staying in the area. We found it to be as described, very clean and tidy, spacious and cozy, with all the amenities that one needs and more...The A/Cs worked great to heat up the place fast when needed. It is located a couple of minutes drive from Marathopoli where you will find friendly people and excellent bakeries, mini markets, tavernas, cafes and numerous beaches! The host, Nick, is always available to help or answer any questions and welcomed us to the house with a traditional easter tsoureki and colored eggs! The house offers a nice front and back yard that nicely landscaped with trees and bushes for a visual appeal and privacy. Our dog loved it, run and played all day outside! The view to the sea and Proti island are really stunning especially from the terrace but also the living room! Do not miss the sunset! Needless to say, we'd love to go back, we loved our stay!

There are no comments when assessing the apartment. It is large and comfortable. The area allows for a peaceful rest. If you come by car, you will easily find a place to park. The most important thing: the sea. It is clean, warm and calm. You can swim in it if you go 100 meters from the shore then it gets deep. But that is not the problem. The sea currents sometimes push jellyfish into this bay, which you have to be very careful about. They are very large, very dangerous and there are a lot of them. If the weather is kind, they disappear from one day to the next and the sea is clean. If not, you have to drive to another beach 10-20 minutes away.
