A beautiful place to stay, very peaceful. Loved our morning and evening terraces. Amazing bird life, butterflies and plants. Everything there for cooking. Tavernas and little shops nearby. We had amazing time staying at Julia's. The apartment is in a very quiet location, there is everything you need for spending a few days, a few weeks or even a few months. It feels like home, it's very clean and very tastefully decorated. Julia is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive and very reliable! I can totally recommend staying here!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο, απλό λιτό σε διακόσμηση, σε εύκολο σημειο. Και στην περιοχή βρίσκεις εύκολα πάρκινγκ αν έρχεσαι με όχημα.

Εξαιρετική θέα, όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι, καθαρό. Ο Γιώργος απαντούσε άμεσα και ήταν ευγενέστατος.

Ευχαριστούμε ιδιαίτερα τη κα Βασιλική που όχι μόνο μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο, ευγένεια και αμεσότητα εμας και το σκυλάκι μας, αλλά το pet friendly ίσχυε και με το παραπάνω, αφού η κα Βασιλική κρατούσε μαζί της το σκυλάκι μας λόγω κάποιων υποχρεώσεων που δεν μπορούσαμε τελικά να την έχουμε μαζί και μας έβγαλε από τη δύσκολη θέση! Με μεγάλη χαρά θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε! Αξίζει για οικογένειακές διακοπές!!!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!

Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που μείναμε στο σπίτι του Γιάννη και της Βάνας. Από την πρώτη φορά που ήταν πριν δύο χρόνια , έχουν κάνει αναβαθμίσεις στο σπίτι και το έχουν κάνει ακόμα καλύτερο ! Πάντα φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε . Οπότε θέλουμε να έρθουμε Καλαματα , μόνο εδώ θέλουμε να μένουμε . Είχαμε και το σκυλάκι μας μαζί και πέρασε τέλεια ..ειδικά στην αυλή . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και θα τα ξαναπούμε σίγουρα !!

Bonjour. Logement calme, privé, avec place de parking, très propre, lit confortable, très bien équipé, un plaisir de cuisiner. Des petites attentions, plus des biscuits maison, comme chez ma grande mère. Merci encore. Nous y reviendrons.

Fotis est un hôte génial, nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement! Fotis est un hôte discret mais très prévenant , il nous a gâté de delicieuses tomates du jardin, figues, fruits de cactus 🌵 etc... Nous étions comme chez nous dans le superbe logement de Fotis, très confortable, propre, avec un jardin et une piscine magnifique ! Merci pour les précieux conseils, les sourires, les attentions ! nous avons été ravis de notre séjour ! Une adresse que nous recommandons , tout particulièrement en famille avec des enfants ! Tolles, luxuriöses Haus mit sehr viel Platz und großem Pool. Sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr schöne Aussicht. Edward war immer erreichbar und sehr hilsbereit. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den vier Hunden, die auch am Grundstück wohnen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Ο χωρος ηταν τελειος, ειναι ακριβως αυτο που δειχνουν οι φωτογραφιες. ολα αψογα και ποιοτικα, απο τα κλιματιστικα, την πισινα, τις παροχες και ολα ειναι προσεγμενα ενα προς ενα. μονο 3 αρνητικα μπορω να βρω για αυτην την βιλα. 1. δεν εχει καθολου καλο σημα στα κινητα δικτυα η περιοχη, δηλαδη πολλες φορες δεν μπορουσαμε να επικοινωνησουμε με φιλους μας κλπ. 2. ο χωρος σταθμευσης ηταν λιγο περιορισμενος (δηλαδη αν καλεσεις μερικους φιλους- συγγενεις , πρεπει να προσεχουν πολυ με την σταυθμευση. 3. ειχε πολλα ζωηφια τα οποια τα βρισκαμε κυριως στο υπογειο παρκιν(ειναι λογικο γιατι η βιλλα ειναι μεσα στην φυση) , ομως αυτο επικοινωνει με σκαλες μεσα με το ισογειο και ετσι τα βρισκαμε λιγες φορες και στο ισογιο της Βιλας. Γενικα ομως τιποτα το ανησυχητικο και ηταν ολα αψογα. Το συστηνω ανεπιφιλαχτα και σιγουρα θα ξανα παω με τους φιλους μου !!!

More than excellent!!! Both facilities and location are top. Antony (host) was really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it. A lot of extra things were offered such as coffee capsules, plenty of mineral water bottles etc. We asked for 2 crimps for our kids and facility offered apart from the crimps a lot of extra things showing the high level of hospitality. Extra kid services included items such as children fairytale books, safety socket etc.

We had a great stay at the villa! As two couples traveling with a small dog, we found the villa to be clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The host was very responsive, answering all of our questions before check-in and even meeting us to guide us to the villa, which was a thoughtful touch.   The location was excellent, offering stunning views of the sea. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals at villa, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Amazing place! Tranquility, privacy, relaxation and nature in a single package. Really close to everything one may need (supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants, petrol stations etc) and also close to central roads that will get you all the way up and down the beautiful messinian coast. Christine was really helpful and always available to respond to any request. Thank you for everything.

Anita was fantastic host along with the maid. The house is perfect for a retreat… but best to stock up on groceries as there’s nothing close by…. But that is the charm of the place. I needed a few more days there to just sleep swim and read. Great place for a couple to drink wine and watch the village lights twinkle in the distance The roads are narrow getting in and out and some good villages 30 minutes if you want a restaurant and drink The house is as it looks charming and eccentric ( for me) but that was its appeal the patio from the upstairs bedroom with a wine or book perfect. It’s a bit out the way so if using for a base expect some driving but as a country retreat perfect Thanks Anita for your care and use of your lovely house

Our week at Constadina’s place was a dream come true — maybe our favorite AirBnB stay ever. This was our first time in Greece and our first stay on our trip. We immediately felt ourselves welcomed into and immersed in the “real Greece.” The location on the sea was amazing. I half expected Odysseus to come sailing by. The region is stunningly beautiful! Constadina’s place was a perfect base for exploring the western Peloponnese, including archaeological sites like Olympia, breathtaking beaches like Voidokilla, and charming towns like Pyros. The unit itself was spotless and was comfortable in every way. Constadina herself is a truly exceptional host. Every recommendation she made, be it a taverna, a particular town, or a site to visit, was 5-star amazing. She made us feel like family. This feeling of connection was perhaps the most wonderful aspect of our visit. Those seeking glitz should go to Mykonos. Those seeking an authentic experience could not do better than this glorious place.

Apartment full equiped! All the facilities and very fancy. The host is very kind and always available and ready to Help. Full recomended!

Η κυρία Ελενη η οποία εκτελούσε χρέη οικοδέσποινας ήταν πραγματικά πολύ εξυπηρετική. Μας καλωσόρισε με τοπικά προϊόντα, μας μαγείρεψε κ γενικά μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν το σπιτι μας. Ευχαριστούμε κα Ελενη για όλα.

όμορφος χώρος ,καθαρός ,περιποιημένος ,ησυχία ,με θέα την θάλασσα,κοντά στην πόλη.Ο ιδιοκτήτης άψογος.

Our family loved staying here over the New Year holiday. The surroundings are beautiful. The access to the beach is through olive and citrus groves, and the beach stretches on for miles. The home was cozy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the outdoor brick oven, and hanging out but the indoor fireplace at night. The host and her family were so kind and helpful, and we even took home some olive like produced on the farm!

The house is exactly as described and really is on an olive farm. The location is idyllic amongst the olive trees. Charles provided excellent instructions so could find the house, you can't go wrong if you follow them. We read some guests were concerned about the road up to the house, it is unpaved in part but not too steep. Our hired automatic Corsa had no trouble. We were left a very good selection of initial supplies, milk, bread milk etc and the house is well stocked with essentials. The local beach is gigantic, magnificent and was sometimes rough during our October stay. Maybe not so good for young children. We visited famous sites such as Olympia (of course, it was great) and found some less visited places hiking in the mountains. Neda waterfall gorge was very good. A great stay, much to see, very comfortable house and aimiable host (learned a a bit about Olive farming, it's hard work). Not many negatives, local towns are a bit anonymous and the local dogs enjoy a good bark.

Ήρθαμε για Πάσχα κ νιώσαμε σαν να μας φιλοξένησε η γιαγιά μας! Πολύ cosy όλη η ατμόσφαιρα και είχαν σκεφτεί για οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε, υπερπλήρης στις παροχές!

Second time staying here, and I will be coming back! This time I stayed for a week in a larger room and it was wonderful. Clean, quiet, and perfect size with beautiful large balcony. Didn’t expect my room to be cleaned every other day throughout the week, very much appreciated! Highly recommend this place. Very close to city center.
