Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Es hat 40m2 und ist ein großer Raum mit einem Doppelbett, Bad mit WC, einer offenen Küche (Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit) und Terasse.(25 Μ2) mit Blick auf das Meer und Evoia. Der Blick ist teilweise eingeschraenkt durch Haus Pelagos.
